My wife and I went to MWI's Plumbing Showroom to order a shower stall kit. The showroom was not open and Mike, in the parts department, said 9 out of 10 times they are delivered damaged. He wasn't very helpful and he re-directed us to the girl in the showroom when ever did come to work. I got the feeling that selling retail was not in their wheel house. We went to Lowe's and spent our $700 there because MWI didn't want our business .
