I am very happy to be able to update my prior negative review. MWC Plumbing had done quite a bit of work for us. One of the toilets was having some major problems. I had tried and was unable to reach them for month. It appeared online that they had gone out of business. I'm VERY happy to report that somehow one of my reviews reached them. It was a tragedy of mis-communication that kept them from getting my messages. A broken cell phone, a change of location and a tornado were all involved in the problem. Once they learned of my problem, they immediately returned, honored their work, profusely apologized for the mix-ups and even fixed a broken spigot while they were here. In this often disappointing world we live in it is so heartwarming to know there are still men out there who want to honor their work and stand for it. I will absolutely be using them again, and I've also learned, once again, to trust my first instinct even when things appear to be going wrong.
