I recently had a very negative experience with this company. They used to be good. I had an appointment for some plumbing work. I turned down work to stay home to be here while they completed the plumbing job. They never showed up, and they never called me. They neither called to confirm or reschedule the appointment, however, when someone says ""I will be there at 9:00,"" that's what you expect, unless they tell you otherwise. I lost income, and my plumbing work isn't done. They cannot be trusted.

I highly recommend this company because they are professional, thorough and honest.
I was helped by Denny M. It was a very busy day but he took the time to explain (over the phone and in person) the possible problem and how a toilet works. I learned something new! (I love to fix stuff)
He explained that the problem probably is a crack in the bowl. We had tile installed last week and the toilet was moved around a lot. It is an old typical track home toilet. My husband has plumbing experience and had replaced the flange and doubled the seals due to a slight recess in the floor.
Denny came over and checked it out and said he would hate to charge us for something so simple, so he gave me good advice for what to do and where we can get a good toilet. Needless to say, I will call on him in the future when we have a big job we cannot tackle ourselves! God bless you!

My kitchen sink was so backed up with grease it clogged my front bathroom sinks as well and I could not use any of them. This occurred after business hours and luckily I was able to find a company that could come out that night. Tommy and Denny arrived and they were friendly and knowledgeable about what they were going to do and what the cost would be before they started. They also advised me things I could do in the future to avoid this from happening again so I know they were not out to rip me off. I will definitely use them again if needed!

Denny is the best plumber and really smart-knew just what had happened and was 60% less than the others. My check book was happy about that! You won't be sorry you called them. He came within the hour, very courteous and cleaned up. Great Plumbers! I'd always call M and W Plumbing. They are in the Bay Area as well as the Central Valley.
