Initially, we operated as a small renovation and remodeling contractor based in Richmond, VA, in a neighborhood called ""The Fan.""
In just three years, our team expanded to ten members, handling two to three jobs at once.
Our brand became well-known for its integrity and comprehensive understanding of the construction and home improvement fields!
By 1993, we successfully built, marketed, and sold our first speculative home!
In 1995, we expanded our reach into North Carolina, focusing on The Outer Banks and Hatteras Island.
I hail from Richmond, Virginia, where I was raised near the James River.
At present, my qualifications and achievements are as follows:
Owner and President of M.W. Atkinson Enterprises and all its divisions.
Licensed pilot with more than 2,100 hours logged in single-engine planes.
