Initially, we operated as a small renovation and remodeling contractor based in Richmond, VA, in a neighborhood called ""The Fan.""
In just three years, our team expanded to ten members, handling two to three jobs at once.
We earned a reputation for integrity and deep knowledge in every aspect of the construction and home improvement industry!
By 1993, we successfully built, marketed, and sold our first speculative home!
In 1995, we broadened our operations into North Carolina, particularly in The Outer Banks and Hatteras Island.
Born in Richmond, Virginia, I grew up near the James River.
Currently, my skills and accomplishments include:
Owner and President of M.W. Atkinson Enterprises and all its divisions.
Licensed pilot with more than 2,100 hours logged in single-engine planes.
