Mike was timely and professional. We had a loose faucet that many other plumbers before him tried to fix. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in a timely manner. He gave me other tips and is just an all around nice guy who knows his stuff. You're lucky if you hire him as you'll waste money on others who don't know what they're doing.

I would like to tell you about the service I received except I never received any service. Cory was scheduled to arrive between 3-4 yesterday. I never tried calling him after he did not arrive. I just got his voice mail. I never received a call saying he would be late, or a call that he wasn't coming at all. Just a no show. Totally unprofessional.

Totally unprofessional! Not worth a star. I called at 8:30am and explained that I had a problem with the sink in my home I currently rent. Assured me he'd come out by that afternoon, even sooner if he could. My tenant waited around all day for him to arrive. By late afternoon still a no-show. I called, left messages to see if he was going to make it. Never returned the call; never showed up. Never hire him!

I highly recommend Cory as I was super happy with his customer service, workmanship, and the price. We had a kitchen sink clog which I tried to fix myself first but it was clear that the clog was in the drain. I called Cory and made an appointment for Sunday morning. Cory promptly showed up on time, asked me few questions to clearly understand the problem, and got to work asap. It turned out that the blockage was all the way inside the drain near a bend. He patiently worked through the problem using a snake and got rid of it. He ran the water full force for several minutes to make sure the problem was fully fixed. He also gave some tips on minimizing future clogs. He charged less than half of what I was expecting based on my previous experience.

I'm def going to call them again next time we have plumbing issues. We have a clogged toilet and I called Mike this morning and he squeezed me in at 11am. He showed up, on time, shoes covered w booties and ready to go. The toilet ended up being a tougher job than anticipated, it actually broke this snake unclogger device. He couldn't spend any more time without impacting the rest of the day. He didn't charge me a cent for trying to fix the issue and didn't take my offer to pay him for breaking the tool either. Super honest and nice service! Too bad he didn't have anymore time to spend this week but I will call back when we have an issue in the future.

Excellent service, prompt response, on time, efficient work, extra advice. Mike is courteous, friendly and easy to work with, and local here in Redwood City. Love finding someone great on Yelp! Best plumber I've ever used. He fixed the original problem thoroughly, then went beyond and fixed my cleanout (that I've spent quite a while struggling with because it's completely corroded), and discussed several money saving tips for things he thought likely to cause problems in the future. He was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
