There are few times when I can honestly say that I'm satisfied with someones customer service.

MVP rooter exceed my expectations in timeliness, professionalism and the accuracy of the price they quoted me.

I was told they would be here between 1-3pm Mike was here at 1:10pm.

I was quoted $125-$175 the price I paid was $125.

I will gladly recommend these guys.

MVP Rooter was on spot today. I live in Oceanside and called at 11:30, Mike arrived within an hour. They came in, diagnosed problem and had my drain fixed within an hour. Very polite and courteous. Seeing how it was Memorial Day was not sure anyone would respond so quickly. MVP Rooter has never disappoint. He also re-piped our home. Work is very exceptional would call anyone else.
Very clean and professional.
Highly recommend Mike and his crew for large or small jobs.

I have been having issues with my water heater and contacted a few plumbers about the problem. Mike called me within 10 minutes and advised me on the best option and although I needed a new heater he saved me from paying for an additional services when I would most likely need a new heater soon anyways. Mike, Ricardo, and Ricardo JR were at my home within 40 minutes and replaced the heater quickly. They were very professional and were careful to not damage anything in my home. I will use this company again if I needed to.

MVP always delivers A+ work! Always punctual and positive attitude. Just had our washer & dryer hooked up by MVP this morning. I have had many other plumbing projects completed by MVP on our home built in 1957. My folks have also had major work done by MVP at their home. They cover all ranges of plumbing and gas work. I have been using Mike and his crew for plumbing services for several years. I will never call any other plumber again. Knowledge, respect, promptness, trust, these guys have it all! From stopped drains, slow drains, water heater, main drain replacement, shower faucet, kitchen faucet they have covered it all for us.
2 years ago Mike was coming out about every 4 months for drain clogs. He said we really need to find out why this is happening and he did. With camera and screen he found where the pipe was buckled close to the city connection and then the digging began. I've not had a clog for a year now.
Mike just replaced the original pipes (1950s) for my shower (my shower knobs would spin on/off in both directions) and now I have a fully proper working shower again. AND because he's so wonderful he extended the kitchen sink pipes for the faucet so my Father who is now living with us and in a wheelchair can reach the faucet on his own.
This team is AMAZING and I don't believe you'll find a better more caring plumber (who won't take advantage of you) anywhere.

We called MVP Rooter during the holidays when we had a concrete slab leak in the garage. We were impressed by Mike's, the owner, great customer service. Unlike other businesses we called, Mike, returned our phone call within minutes (less than 5 min). He was honest from the get-go and prices are affordable. We called his team to replace old pipes in our house. He let us know when he would be able to fix it and was finished when promised. Every day that he and his crew were at our house, they would inform us on what they were doing in the process. Before their work day ended, they would let us know when they would be here the next day, and they were punctual. We recommend MVP Rooter for all your plumbing needs. You don't need to call anyone else!

Called them to troubleshoot a clogg last around 11pm. Guy arrived shortly after 11:30pm. He ran his 75ft snake through our clean out line and had no luck unclogging the drain after a couple more attempts he could not get the drain unclogged.
Now I'm not a plumber but had this happen to me in the past and was able to unclogged the drain myslef. The guy was polite but the effort he showed trying to unclogged the drain was horrible. He actually told me he needed to be at work at 5am and did not want to attempt unclogging anymore. I suggested he try at another clean out pipe which was by the house but he stated that would only temporarily solve the problem and the issue was the main line. He suggested to me that he can attempt another method but that cost was going to be $675 and he would have to go back to his shop to get the equipment. The sound in voice indicated to me that he really did not want to do that and of course him telling me he's tired and needed to be up at 5am......thought this was a 24 hour service company??. I also reccomended him using a different head as he did state he may have to do during one of his attempts, but he advised me that would not work. In summary I was appreciative that he did not charge me the $275 just for coming out but I give him an F in effort. I was able to get the drain unclogged today with a more reliable company..and that plumber advised me that if the MVP guy used a different head he would have had better results and if he would have tried at a different cleanout point also better results. MVP was going to charge me $675 for the jetting service, the other company I used only charged me $390 and that included the camera inspection and they was able to offer me valuable information in why this was happening and how to prevent it.

Not doubting there work I just expected better customer service based on the reviews I have read about them.

Have plumbing needs? You MUST call MVP Rooter! Me. Reyes (Mike) has been our guardian angel savior on a few occasions now! Whether it's late night, early morning, or you need to be saved on a holiday...call MVP Rooters. Mr. Reyes is very professional and humble man. He's an honest man who keeps it 100!!!! Ms. Laura who runs the office is just as amazing as everyone else we have came in contact with, with this company!!!! We will always call Mr. Reyes for any of our plumbing needs and highly recommend his services to our family and friends!

We always like to try new plumbers and we saw Mike's van and thought to give them a try. Our property manager had a toilet overflow at 5 o'clock Thanksgiving day. Mike's guy was out there in 30 minutes we couldn't believe it nobody else would answer their phone.

Five stars for you Mike and you didn't even charge us for holiday pay it was still only $89 I'm going to use you over and over again.

Out of all the plumbers I called for an estimate on a backed up drain, MVP Rooter was the most accessible, reasonable, and prompt. They answered and returned my calls in a timely manner. I felt they were the most honest and attentive of all the companies I dealt with. When they couldn't get through to clear the drain, they supplied me with an estimate, via email, of what needed to be done at a reasonable and comparable cost. While other companies were proposing as much as taking out and replacing the bathtub for $1,000s more to gain access, MVP proposed cutting a clean rectangle through the floor to leave the bathtub in tact. It took some jack-hammering through the cement slab, but the work was so clean, I couldn't tell they had used a jackhammer upon inspection. They laid out plastic to protect the carpet, carried out and cleaned any dirt and debris. When I came to inspect, Mike explained very clearly, and without fear tactics, what needed to be done. He just plainly and honestly explained that the hard part was done in excavating and I could see clearly what he was talking about. The necessary change order was proposed in writing, via email that same day. Upon accepting the proposals, they worked quick and clean. I was very impressed. They inspired confidence in that they knew what they were doing and they articulated the work to me in terms I could understand. I knew exactly what to expect and what it was going to cost. I would highly recommend MVP Rooter to anyone needing efficient plumbing repairs at a reasonable cost. They were true gentlemen.
