This company was sent to me by my home warranty company. They came did a great job on the water heater. He was paid on the spot advising me the home warranty company could not pay him due to his card reader being down. He was paid over $1400. Now he refuses to return calls to me or the Home Warranty company to provide me with refund as home warranty company has paid as well. No happy very disappointed.

Your company was paid for a job @ Sante Fe in Wichita Kansas county of Sedgewick. Your company failed to complete the job after 3 tries to get you to finish. Your company was a no call no show. You was already paid for the job we just need you to submit payment to us for not doing the job. Our clog was bad enough it was backing up into our toilet and shower. Enter: MVP. Cleaned us out, told us we were set. We were not - in fact, it's now even worse than before. Told we had a warranty, so we called and asked him to come back out. Said he would be out first thing this morning. Well, he's now ignoring us, and when we paid he claimed the card reader was down and so we needed to pay via Venmo or a different way. Now it seems like he did this so we couldn't contest the issue; now we're out the $500 it cost to snake the drain, and will have to pay a higher price to another company (since it's been getting worse since the issue was never fixed) and are without plumbing once again. Not enough integrity to even call us and let us know he wouldn't be out. I'd say he left us high and dry, but the basement is too flooded to say that. We only went with MVP because he was the only one that'd come on the weekend, but DON'T DO IT! Just wait for a company that will honor their warranty. Nice enough folks, but don't trust them if your issue seems like it might require any sort of diagnostics. They're probably fine if you just needed your drain snaked, though.

Very disappointed in MVP. Job was to swap out old shutoff valves. Once MVP departed there was no hot water. I called and found MVP had turned the hot water OFF. MVP said ""could you just go ahead and turn it back on?"" Ok, turned water on and all hell broke loose as a newly installed shutoff valve shot off flooding our basement.
MVP came and replaced shutoff valve ang agreed to help mitigate the flood. I asked they help me pull up and dispose of 400sf of wet carpet and pad (they did), help with dehumidifier if they had one (no help), and reinstall plumbing fixtures once repairs were made..MVP agreed.
Once work was completed MVP got a case of amnesia but, I did asked them to call me the night before mitigation was complete so I could get plumbing components connectted. NO CALL! I Usually I don't hammer people for simple mistakes but, to not live up to your commitments is a critical failure of character.
So, WOULD YOU CARE TO USE THEIR SERVICES?

Did fine on the shower fixture but really messed up on the kitchen faucet. Never could get it fixed. We had to buy and install a new one the next day.

They were able to come out the same day I called which was great. Unclogged my kitchen sink at a lower price then quoted which was great. My dish sprayer was hooked back up incorrectly but when I contacted the company the next day they came out and made it right. I will use them again if the need arises.
