I called and scheduled an appointment for Monday July 8th. Was told the technician would be there between 10 and 1. I rearranged my schedule for this appointment. No call no show, so not only did I totally arrange my day for them to stand me up but my plumbing issue is still not fixed, I left a 1 star review. Within 2 days of the review I was contacted by MVP, they owned the error and asked for the opportunity to make it right. Today, Monday July 14th they serviced all my plumbing needs. They owned the error and made it right. I am editing this to a 5 start review.

Edward did an amazing job replacing the water heater at my rental out in Joplin. He was very knowledgeable and was very transparent regarding costs and answered all my questions. The repair was done in just a few hours and he even called a few days later to make sure everything was running okay! Thank you MVP Plumbing.

Had many issues with my tub, had it fixed before by some random plumber and still had issues.
MVP did a great job fixing my issues. Quick and honest.
If I could give 10 stars I would !!!!

ZERO Worst company and service I have experienced. They gave us a bid to move waterlines and gas plumbing, new hot water heater and tub and surround.
They want 1/2 the money up front which I did not do, since the job was in stages. Almost everthing had to be redone as they placed drains and lines in the wrong spot.
Did not finish the hot water heater or tub/surround as they cut the surround and it was now unreturnable due to damage. I had to pay someone else to Redo and correct the shower. Lines were not attached properly which would have caused a major leak. They damaged the new faucet by installing with channel locks and scratched them all up. To make matters worse they ran over my mailbox and did not fix that either. It cost us more in the long run
to have the shower completed, buy new faucet they damaged and have to eat the cost of a $500 surround. Then for them to not make good on the damages is someone you do not want to do business with, So much for the !00% satisfaction guarantee.

My kitchen sink was flooding and I called MVP. The owner made a special trip to check on my situation and shut the water off. The guys came the next day and replaced my faucet and fixed my leaking filter system. They were great guys and very professional. They charged a very reasonable fee. Call MVP if you need plumbing!

would give zero stars. the worst plumbing experience i ever experienced. made matters worse and overcharged a lot! please BEWARE and dont get taken. called another plumber and got the problem solved for less than half of what mvp charged for making matters worse!

I talked to Edward and we set up a time for him to come out and give me a quote on installing an electric water heater. He seemed like a nice guy on the phone.

Only problem is...he never showed up...and he never called.

If he didn't want the job he should have told me instead of me having to rearrange my schedule to be there for the quote.

Another plumber to add to the unicorn list...which is...Honest, Dependable and does Quality work. You're more likely to find a unicorn than a plumber fitting those three criteria.

Of course I do NOT recommend MVP Plumbing!
