MVP came out same day I called them to fix my leaking bath tub. Juaquin was extremely professional. Showed me the stripped and broken stems/handles. I called MVP Plumbing after my daughter used a different plumber, who ended up not working out. I got a hold of Joaquin and he said he could send a crew out right away or he, himself, could be out first thing in the morning. I chose to wait till the morning because I knew from past experience that he was the go to guy. Joaquin came out and discovered my problem was more complicated than in the past. My house is about 65 years old with all the original plumbing. Joaquin used his pipe locator to find my underground line and explained to me the problem and what needed to be done. He was out at 7:00 am the next day and went to work. We soon discovered after digging that the roots from my almond tree had damaged the clay pipe. Joaquin and his apprentice were able to reroute the pipe, put in a new 4"" clean out and got everything draining just like new. Now thanks to MVP Plumbing I should be good for years to come. Joaquin was extremely knowledgeable and shared some tips on keeping it root free. Joaquin was a lifesaver and now my daughter can go back to taking her famous long showers.
