Flake Flake Flake. The first time Mike came out for his ""scheduled appointment"" he flaked three times before actually showing up to do the job. I would like to at least say the work he did was good-wrong. The job was not done well and needless to say we've had to call him back to fix it. Well surprise surprise he already rescheduled his appointment once and then completely flaked today with no warning. I've called numerous times and all I get is a voicemail. Do not waste your time, look elsewhere for a more reliable and quality plumber!

Don't hire this guy. I hired him on Jan 27th and after hundreds of messages, emails, photos, and videos, the valve he replaced still leaks. I cannot water the plants now and they are starting to die. Says that it's not his problem. Says that he will come to fix and doesn't show up either on the time promised or the day. Absolute fraud.

Mike and Rusty did an amazing job on my bathroom refresh! I had a new vanity and mirror plus new tub and surround put in. I switched to one temperature control valve from the old school 3. He was meticulous with every piece of the project.

Mike fabricated the shower/tub pipes AND the unexpected under sink pipes to fit my new vanity (because the original placement was to low). He made a run to home depot to pick up last minute fillers for a few gaps from the tub and tile as well as the vanity to wall (my house was built in 1952, so I expected some unexpected issues to arise)

I must say though that Mike's most ingratiating quality was his consistent updates and explanations of what he was doing, why he was doing it and speaking to me as an equal (and not just a girl)

I highly recommend MVP for all of your plumbing needs!

We need a job done ASAP! And these guys went out of their way to get it done true same day even though they were super busy! Definitely recommend them. I think we found our new plumbers for future emergencies .

First time homeowner and pretty constantly worried about things going wrong or trusting the wrong people...mostly because I have before. Mike and his company was the first positive experience I've had yet! I called SEVERAL companies to get someone out to help with our water heater that suddenly decided it wanted to cost me money. So many people were so rude (even tho I kinda even knew what I was talking about) and they ALL wanted to charge WAY too much for what I knew should not cost that much! Mike was the only one that talked to me like a human AND give me a fair price without the up sale. Doug (his partner) came that same day and fixed not only my water heater but a couple other small plumbing jobs I've been meaning to get to! Quality customer service, affordable and, most importantly, respectful and reliable. I have found my forever plumber. Thank you, Mike and Doug!

MVP Plumbing was scheduled thru Amazon to install a water softener that I had purchased thru them.
The appointment was scheduled for between 11-2. I received a call at 2 telling me the man was on his way, at 2:45 I received a call where he said he was still 30 min away, and He could not do the installation anyway because he had to get a install kit. We agreed on the following day between 10-12. At 12 I received a call and the owner (Mike) had asked the office to call me and cancel due to a emergency (he just didn't want to do the install, in my opinion)
Mike said he would give me a $50 discount if I would reschedule. I told them NO I wanted the unit installed by a trustworthy company, and I didn't feel they were trustworthy.

Michael Vargas is a true professional. We hired him to replace the shower head, faucet and all of the other hardware in our shower. We had already purchased a kit and just wanted him to install it for us. We could not do it ourselves because there was drilling and fitting involved due to the difference in type of hardware. For some reason our kit was missing two pieces that usually come with a kit. Michael ran out to grab the pieces for us at no extra charge. Because one of the pieces in our shower is not standard size, Michael had to order the piece. I paid him that day for the full price of the job and he told me he would call the next day to let me know when the missing part would arrive. Just like he said, his secretary called me the next day to let me know that the part had been ordered and that he would be able to install it next week. His level of communication and service throughout this job has been superb. I am very pleased with MVP Plumbing and will continue to use Michael for our future plumbing needs.

The resident in my rental house called my property manager to report water bubbling up from around the toilet. The property manager called Mike Vargas Plumbing to remove the clog.

The next day, Sunday, the resident again reported water bubbling up from around the toilet. The property manager called Mike Vargas Plumbing. Mr. Vargas explained he was out of town for the weekend, and added that he had pulled out some tree roots and cleared the blockage.

She next called several plumbers, before finding one that was open, Boyd Plumbing. They cleared a blockage, which was located near the main sewer line in the street. Problem solved. Sunday rates are usually higher, and Boyd's was $250.

If you want a job done in one call and want to avoid throwing away $250, I can't recommend Mike Vargas Plumbing.

First things first. I was on a roll with home projects, so I decided to try to change a leaky bathroom faucet. Long story short, I used some incorrect parts, and ended up with a real mess. Had to shut off the water, and gave MVP a call. Mike Vargas called me within an hour, asked me in more detail what the problem was, gave me his eta, and fixed the problem, the whole time giving me a step by step of what he was doing. He informed me that he likes to talk, and that was fine with me, because I like to listen and learn. AND LEARN I DID. Keep in mind this was all on a FRIDAY MORNING AT 10:00 AM, when you generally don't get a lot of enthusiasm for a job like this. Mike Vargas was terrific, and his business card sits on the top of the deck!!!!
