Worst experience I have EVER had possibly with any B2C company! Refusal to honor warranty, diagnostic tech over 24 hours late, repair techs were a no-show and had to be called only to report the part needed wasn't delivered and placed the blame on the manufacturer. My husband is a general contractor who called them out on that ""story"" and magically they ""found the part"". Two repair techs show up 5 hours late, claim there is a newly discovered oil leak in our AC unit that will cost us $1800 to fix. They weren't allowed to take another step forward and asked to leave so we could find a different solution. Fast forward one week. THERE IS NO LEAK. They drained all the freon from my unit ($100 a gallon for a 10 gallon tank) WITHOUT PERMISSION. Stole $1000 from a family approaching summer with two babies to protect and I am HEATED! Do not trust them! Believe me, I'll be shouting this story from every rooftop I can find. You should be ashamed.

Don't call MVP with plumbing issues! They measure wrong and put unnecessary holes in your foundation walls when trying to fix a mainline breakage. When you discover the holes are leaking they take months to attempt to fix the issues ( if it's even fixed now, water has been leaking around the multiple patch jobs), still waiting to hear back on getting the drywall redone/repaired and in a disagreement as to what we are doing about the carpet (stained from muddy water leaking in around the holes.) This started January 31st, it's now April 7 and we keep getting told someone will call us....we just want to be made whole but can't seem to get anything out of them....the courtesy of a phone call offering and agreeable resolution without calling them several times would be nice.

Called MVP for a furnace problem expecting a long wait on an appointment. The lady that answered the phone (sorry I didn't get her name) was very friendly and was able to get me a next day appointment.
Bill Brehm, was the technician for my appointment and arrived on time, was extremely friendly, polite and very professional. What I thought was a furnace blower issue turned out to be an owner issue. Bill answered all my questions and even gave me a three tier quote for getting the air ducts cleaned.

MVP Electric installed my mini-split A/C, charged a pretty penny for doing that, and then refused to service the mini-split when it stopped working despite the fact that the technician who showed up stated that the mini-split's failure was a function of a poor installation.

MVP Electric no-showed for multiple appointments.

MVP Electric does not stand behind its work.

MVP technicians often smoke outside the customer's home.

Also, as other commenters have noted, many technicians sent by MVP are buffoons, clowns, or incompetents who cannot resolve the customer's issue.

MVP then says ""we'll send someone else with more expertise tomorrow"" but never follows through.

The customer is left in the lurch, with no timeframe for resolution.

On another occasion, MVP moved a couch in my room to service the unit and failed to put the couch back. How irresponsible is that?

MVP can't fix the problem but thinks it is acceptable to leave the customer's home in disarray?

UPDATE! Since the incident the manager from MVP Aaron did reach out to me to make the situation right. He was very friendly and accommodating. They sent out another technician Isaac, who was friendly, knowledgeable and reset my toilet as well as performed the camera diagnostic service. I'm very pleased with the outcome and they did make the situation right. I would feel comfortable using them again in the future








Horrible service and unreliable. I called them to come out and unclog my basement drain. The technician they sent in my opinion wasnt experience and basically got nothing accomplished. He couldn't get the drain unclogg and then took up my basement toilet to try it that way which didn't work either. I was then told that they would send out another technician the next day with a camera to see where the blockage was. I literally took off work to wait for the technician. Needless to say no technician ever showed up. I called them several times to inquire about the technician ETA, just to be lied to 3 different times saying he was coming, he was finishing up his job and I was next. Short of it is, it's 3 days later and no technician has showed nor have they reached out to me. I finally had to pay another plumber to come out and unclog the drain. I paid MVP for service that wasn't performed and my toilet is still pulled up. Thanks for the inconvenience. I will not be using them moving forward and I will be cancelling my monthly subscription.

Went with this company after leaving HTH and was hoping for improved services but unfortunately there is something with these ""all-in-one"" type companies that at every angle they try to scam you. Signing up was easy canceling was not (more on this later). They are supposed to come out twice a year to inspect your systems, funny how I was paying for months but never was on their books for an inspection. When they did come out after I called, it was as if they informed the young techs they have to find something no matter how small, and worse they have to charge unrealistic prices. I like giving people the opportunity to make things right mainly by just being transparent so I called and they put me in touch with one of the managers, who tried to explain how much they care about customers, they care so much that this guy was supposed to call me back, see if the quote for the work could be more realistic, that call never happened. By the way unrealistic prices being over $350 for them to spray your fan blades with some cleaner, I wish I was making that up. Finally, after all of this, I called to cancel and the lady couldn't do it but said I would get a call back within 1-2 days, yep you guessed it that never happened either. I called today and found out it was canceled but couldn't get a confirmation number, email, or phone call beforehand, just terrible management and a dishonest business. Do NOT get caught up with all the positive reviews, look at the negative ones and take heed, I wish I did it would have saved me time and money.

Update to previous review regarding lack of function of HVAC system in the home. After 17 days of no service we are back to full functionality. An experienced technician was assigned to our account and bird-dogged and persisted, through much time and frustration, to take personal ownership of our issue and bring it to resolution. Rudy Loftis was impressive from the beginning until the of the job. He waited to go over setting up the phone app, and showed my daughter everything she needed to know. We felt like we hit the jackpot with Rudy and Jesse for the install. Shane Palmer was our plumber for the water heater install and his skills showed many years of experience.
