Do not use these people! One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a small business! I don't usually write bad reports because I know how important someone's livelihood is to them but these people should not be in business! So log story short they drilled a hole in my drain pipe to unclog it and the plug failed a few days later and started to leak and ruin my finished bathroom. I called them up and asked if they could come by ASAP since the leak was doing damage and I couldn't use any of my running water. They told me they couldn't come by for another 2 dad and it's ""no big deal"" ""it's just water"" well it's waste water and it's ruining my bathroom. I was shocked and appalled that a 24 hr business couldn't come by for an emergency call like this. Like I said they should not be in business nevermind allowed I to someone's house! Be aware!!!!!

Ps I had another drain cleaner come out to fix the problem.:

1. The drain wasn't even clogged to begin with it was a venting issue.
2. They drilled the hole too big for the plug and I had to pay a plumber to replace the pipe that they drilled through.
