We are health care professionals and Mr Muth was prompt in coming, he's truly an expert, friendly, likes dogs and the Lehigh Valley is lucky to have this local family owned business. Thank You!!!

Unbelievably rude on the phone. Tried to schedule a plumbing estimate. When my schedule did not align with Muth's requested day/time, I asked for another day the following week. I was told by the secretary (wife) that I was being difficult and then the owner (husband) got on the phone and started yelling, cursing and told me to find another plumber, that I should stop wasting their time. I guess they were having a bad day. It was unbelievable. Never experienced anything like it. I will never call them again, obviously.
