I've used Mustang for over 25 years and have found them to be honest and exceptionally competant. A joy to do business with!

We were referred to Mustang Plumbing by a bathroom remodeling business. This is a family owned business. The owner is an excellent, very experienced plumber. His sons have also done plumbing repairs for us and do a good job, too. Valerie is also very nice to work with in scheduling the work with prompt scheduling, too.
We have had some bad luck with plumbers in the past and several who overcharge and don't always do the best job. Mustang Plumbing is very reliable, honest, do great work and give reasonable prices for their plumbing services.
We will continue using Mustang Plumbing and are very happy with them. We highly recommend Mustang Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

We have been using Mustang for about 25 years and we love that they're a family company. We've referred them to relatives and neighbors and we all feel the same! We happened to have a leak coming from our ice maker line from the refrigerator today- a Saturday. In under 2 hours it was completely fixed. Brandon was great and wore a mask. Great company.

Originally had them install an ice maker and was charged $250. Bill used duct tape to attach the water line to the wall and also duct tape over the gasket from the ice maker to the drain hose. Within two weeks I had mold forming behind the ice maker in my wall due to the Ice Maker not being put high enough from the ground originally.Needed my new three compartment sink installed in my business and the old one removed. Took a second chance on Mustang Plumbing. Not smart. Made Appointment for 9am. They showed up at 9:48am no phone call or text for a heads up. Lady on phone decided it was an intelligent idea to send two plumbers to install this sink. Bill & Cody show up. Wasn't sure if Bill found Cody as a stray somewhere but not professional whatsoever in demeanor or dress. Pretty sure he was on or coming off drugs. I watched Cody pretty much stand around and complain about being hungry to bill within 45 min of arrival for this job. Mind you they arrived at 9:48am. They took a 45 minute lunch an hour and a half into the job we are paying for. As Cody enters our back door (without knocking) he says ""plumber! Well sorta I guess"" and laughs. During install I can hear Bill and Cody yelling at each other about if they should or should not do something to complete the job correctly. Not to mention we are asked if they can use our drill and if we have hardware for securing the sink they can use!! Bring your own tools! They ""complete"" the job of attaching a three compartment sink to existing plumbing just after 2:30pm. Bill hands us a bill for almost $800!!! We got charged for two plumbers even though I'm not sure one really even has a full time job anywhere let alone as a plumber. After they leave I notice our paper towels are missing, smudge marks all over everything including white walls. Jack in the box containers on our counter. Throw your shit out and clean up after yourself! About 20 minutes after they leave we notice an active leak in the pipes. We call, they cannot come back until the following day. They send Cody. He actually fixes the issue without any problem. I also just realized that they took our hand sink without asking. Which is listed as property in my lease. Hey maybe for that $800 you could give me my hand sink that you stole...BACK????!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MUSTANG!! Unless you are okay with being RIPPED OFF

We are selling our home and the buyers agent recommended mustang plumbing just to clean out the dirty sewer line. We were given an appointment time of 9 AM. I called the office multiple times because the plumber was over15 minutes late, And no one bothered to give us any update or notice. The lady that answered the phone was completely unprofessional and rude.
My boyfriend called the office to let them know the plumber was late and to ask for an ETA. The lady was unprofessional, condescending and rude. Why is she giving us an attitude I am a customer who scheduled an appointment that you made and you can't keep????
Also I am paying for a service. She was not doing me any favors so you'd think she might want to answer the phone with some professionalism and respect.
The lady told us that the plumber was across town. You have a 9 AM appointment, you would think that as a courtesy you would let your client know that you were running late. We waited for the plumber, and he had no idea what he needed to do. Really! He came in asking me ""now what am I doing here?""
Why is the plumber asking me what his job is?
I had to leave because I was going to be late for an appointment and when I came back, the plumber didn't have the decency to at least close the front gate.
I called to let the office know about my experience and they just said "" we will pass that on.""
No apology etc
These people think they are the only plumbers in town.
Can you imagine trusting your home to these ""people"" if you actually have a serious issue?
Their poor treatment of their customers is a direct reflection of how they DO NOT value their customers.
Find another company.

Thanks again to Ed and Mustang for saving the day. I called on a Sunday morning with a kitchen sink mess and they were here in an hour, cleared the drain in 20 minutes. I'd definitely recommend them for their quick, no upsell service!

I own a rental property in Phoenix, AZ. My property manager referred them as there was a hair line crack in the toilet. Trying to save money as a single woman, I ordered the toilet from Home Depot, less than a mile from the home. I asked the plumber ""what else do I need..supply line, etc."", knowing these places sell you their marked up parts, that they pay pennies for. Bill said ""I don't know what length of supply line, I'm not sure what else I need, but I will take care of you. What? You were just there to assess the damage. Another con. They charged me $401.69 (including the overpriced parts of almost $50) to replace a toilet with ""no issue"". When I asked Bill for the costs, he hemmed and hawed, blah blah blah, 30 seconds later, he blurted out $401.69. I said what? He told me in his text, ""how do you no, people don't think ur a fruitcake...and don't yell at me cause u r confused"". Do not do business with this company they are rude and price gougers.

Love these guys! We use them for our own house and our rentals. They are always very responsive and efficient. Their prices are also reasonable.

I wouldn't recommend them as they have terrible customer service and argue with you and don't return calls. They were supposed to call before the came and refused to wait for me to get home. They wanted to charge me a fee for not being home when they didn't call. Then they were to come the next day at 5pm and I left work early and they didn't show up or call. I called and left 2 voicemails and no return call. The next day I was told that they didn't have the part so they couldn't have come the day before. How about you call and let me know that instead doing a no show!!! They claim to be a 24 hr service but don't return calls...hmmm not referring them or using them!!!

Mustang Plumbing - Phoenix. I would NOT recommend them. We called for service on a Saturday. The plumber said he had never seen the type of manifold we had in our laundry room. (our home is only 14 years old).
He was unable to fix the problem. Told us that he would turn off the main water to the house and get back to us on Monday, after they found the parts needed. Well, our water was already turned off and what the plumber did was turn off the water at the neighbors house. We found this out the next evening when I commented to my husband that the plumber didn't recover the area where he turned the water off. My husband had me show where the water was turned off, because he had already had the water turned off. We rushed to the neighbors to let them know what happened. They were not happy to be without water for 24 hours.
Mustang Plumbing never got back to us, so my husband left a msg asking that the owner return his call. Well, it's been a week and we are still waiting.
I should have read some of the other reviews before calling them!
