Thank you Don for the excellent service. Don came right out to unclog my sink drain and he did an excellent job! Very professional, he took time to explain everything and left my kitchen clean when he finished. I would high recommend Musso and definitely recommend Don!

Got Ripped off! Not happy at all! Was headed out of town when I noticed the sewer was backing up. Called them and made an appointment. First the guy was late. Then when he came he showed me the what the price would be. So I'm thinking he's going to give me the royal treatment for that price $700. NO! I was wrong. First he tried to run the snake in by hand. And clearly it wasn't working. So I asked why not use the machine. He says it was broken and he had to run get another one. Over an hour into the job that I thought would've been half hour hour at the most. He comes back at the little over two hour mark puts the snake in again and again he's trying to do it by hand. WTF! So I ask about the machine again then he sets it up but feeding the snake in the machine from the wrong end. So I tell he this and he corrects it. Smdh. Then he only put in 30' of snake. So I ask what if the blockage is further down the line then that. And he gives me the BS that he hit it when he was doing it by hand. So finally got lucky so I thought at the three hour mark. And of course I had to call them back the next day for the same issue. For 700 damn dollars they should've ran the snake to the street or at least ran a camera through the line. I lived in Michigan and for the same job would've ran less $200. I won't be calling them or suggesting them to anybody!!!!!

After writing this review I was contacted by someone in the company to discuss my bad experience. From what I gather I didn't have a bad company just a bad technician.
I am glad to see that the company cares about its reputation and that we came to a resolution. For that I gladly change my rating.

I would give zero stars if I could. This company is a giant RIPOFF. I used them about a year ago to snake my sewer and it cost me about $140, which I thought was reasonable. Because the price was fair last time, I decided to call them again to have the sewer snaked again this year. The woman I spoke to on the phone told me that there would be a $60 charge if the technician came out and I didn't purchase any services. I figured that was fine because I planned on having the drain snaked. Well the technician came out and told me it would be $440 to have the drain snaked!! Are you kidding? Of course I wasn't going to pay that amount so I turned down the service and was left with a $60 bill. I will never call this company again. I wish I had checked the reviews on here before I called. No wonder they have so many poor reviews! I own multiple rental units and would have been a long time repeat customer, but now I will take my business elsewhere. Apparently they'd rather have $60 instead of a repeat customer. Poor business choice if you ask me.

I saw the owners respond to another customers review saying ""We do not give estimates over the phone. We send our expert plumbers and/or technicians to do an onsite evaluation at your location before pricing is given out. This gives you the most complete solutions and pricing"". This is a bunch of BS they could easily give prices over the phone, the technician that came out to my place showed me their rates on a piece of paper. They dont give prices over the phone because they want to send a technician out so they can charge you $60 if you dont purchase any services.

It's almost comical to see all of the 1 star reviews on yelp, google, and facebook. This company won't be around much longer at this rate. Do yourself a favor, read their reviews and avoid this company at all cost.

On Jan, 2018, There was a water leaking. I called Musso. They came and they cut off a short pipe then they installed an 1/2 inch hose bib. They charged me $442.61 including taxes. On June, 2018, the water was leaking again around the hose bib where they put the hose bib on Jan, 2018. I could not see exactly where. I called Musso again, because I have one year warranty. They sent a tech coming to check it up. The tech said that it was not what he did on Jan, 2018, but he pointed at the leaking showing me where the leaking came from. It was about less than 1/2 of toothpick around the hose bib where he put the hose bib before. He would charged me $333, if I wanted to fix. I did not want to fix because It seemed expensive. Then they charged me $90.26 including taxes for what they called, diagnostic charge. I mean if I already knew the leaking location, and it was not what he did on Jan, 2018, I would not call Musso. I feel like if $90.26 makes their company going further, so take it. I will not recommend Musso to anyone. My advice is thinking carefully before you call Musso.

Musso Plumbing is a very well oiled machine. They know what they
are doing and have very experienced people behind the scenes.

I am surprised at some of these bad reviews yes it does cost money
for plumbers and you should expect it.

I would never recommend this local company to anyone. I had a leak from my kitchen sink and could clearly see where it was coming from. I called and they came they charged me $59.00 for the service fee and then was going to charge me $83.00 for each connector he said I needed 2. There would be more charges had that not fix the problem up to $333.00. I declined on the service they then wanted me to pay an additional $83.00 for a diagnostic charge. All that the man did was look under my sink with a flashlight and I pointed to the problem areas. Are you kidding me? I can't stand companies that overcharge and rip people off. I wish I would have looked here first and saw the negative reviews I would have called someone else. So much for giving local people the business, they definitely gave me the business.

We had an issue with a clogged drain. They never inspected the interior pipes, but told us our sewer trap was broken. They charged us thousands of dollars to replace it. When they brought out the trap it was only cracked. I watched the one worker smash it with a hammer. Then they called us over to show us how bad it is. We felt deceived and ripped off. Will never use Musso plumbing again. Work was done a few years ago, but wanted to warn others.

Musso had been my ""go to"" company for boiler problems until today. I had a problem with my boiler yesterday and they charged me $350 to replace $30 part. That I can take. The trouble is that after they left I realized I had no heat in half of my house. I called them and they said the tech would call me. When I didn't receive a call I called again. Tech is tied up and may not be able to call until tomorrow. Froze my butt off all night and expected a call this morning. No call. Called again and was told they would have the tech call me again and that it would cost me another visit charge plus a $20 premium since it's now the weekend. UNACCEPTABLE! I told them to forget it and went back to try to bleed the boiler myself again and found that THE TECH LEFT A VALVE CLOSED BEFORE HE LEFT! That's why I had no heat. Stay away. Plenty more options out there.
