Kathy P.The worst customer service. Called for service for tankless water heater. Claimed that they are Rinnai certified plumbers but did not go through proper procedures for replacement. After a month of waiting for service, I was yelled and threatened by the owner Patti Musso and said I was going to be charged for another service call when the last one was not completed. Protocol was to call the service tech at Rinnai heating for warranty and Musso's would not complete the service call. I would not recommend this plumber service to anyone. Over a month without hot water and now they tell me I will get charged again for a service charged that should have been included in the last visit. I would give zero star if possible!
