Al came highly recommended by a friend of mine and I can see why! I called this morning about my basement drain overflowing. Al came over a couple hours later and was in and out in less than an hour. He showed me exactly what the problem was, explained what I needed to do to replace my drain cap and let me know when to give him a call again. He was so friendly and made sure I understood everything he was doing. Will definitely be using him again in the future!

Al Muskett is some sort of plumbing angel. He's cleaned my basement drain twice in 15 yrs and has the right equipment for the job. My house has a plumbing fault... the basement concrete guys stepped on the pipes when pouring the floor in 1948, resulting in a low point (instead of even pitch), which clogs up with garbage disposal waste every few months. Usually I can address it by flushing w bucket of water poured down drain every month, but occasionally need a pro's help, and Al is the guy. I'm an engineer, so appreciate him explaining many things about both the sewer lines and storm lines to avoid future problems. After 40 yrs in business, he follows bank hours, but if you want the best, call him.

Al is very honest, came highly recommended and did not disappoint. The first visit he could barely get a cutter through my sewage line. He explained what I needed to have done so I brought in a plumber to do the work. A few weeks later I called again, he was at my place within an hour and found, unfortunately, a bigger issue. But he again explained to me exactly what I need to do to get the issue fixed. If you have any sewage issues, Al Muskett is the guy to call.

Mr. Muskett is awesome! I called him on a Saturday (hoping he would come out on his day off) and he was at my house within 10 minutes! I had him out a week prior and the same thing happened again, so he came out free of charge! He is so honest and helpful. Mr. Muskett is amazing. We had a backup in our basement and he was out within an hour of my call. A week later it backed up again, we found out that it was due to flushing wipes that shouldn't be flushed. Even though the second backup was our fault, he came back out within 15 minutes and cleaned the drain again, for no charge. He is a man of integrity and could have charged double for the second call since it was an emergency call, but instead politely thanked us for the business and was on his way.

the owner, al, was very professional and thorough. he cleared the pipe and gave me valuable advise on the broken sewage pipe. i've been using other companies for the backups, no one ever said that the pipe was broken. honest guy, i would highly recommend him to my friends. cost $110, which was reasonable.

Drains began to back up yesterday and a friend recommended Bennett plumbing. When I called them and they determined they couldn't do the job, they recommended Musket. I called and he was at our house within a half hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed plus more within an hour and a half, for a VERY reasonable rate! Highly recommended!
