I will share my story and let you guys to judge. They came. Wear big headphone. Tell me they find the leak. reroute charge 2600. also need to change the water heater. states if not so, they can not guarantee their work. charge another 2600 to replace a functional water heater. The reroute is only 30 inch. see the picture. So I paid 2600 for 30 inch reroute and 2600 for a brand new water heater. Of course I felt rip off but I think at least they fix the problem. The worse thing is next morning. Same leak again! Called them. They said there is a 2nd leak. It is common. So had to pay another 2600 to reroute. I have all the evidence, pictures and invoice if anyone interested in. Turns out the actual leak is not the pipe rerouted eventually. If they know how to cap and test like a good plumber, I may not need to write this review. Thank you MVP.

Matt and his father have always been kind to our clients. They go the extra mile to ensure that customers are satisfied and taken care of. We love our relationship with this company!

Matt and Mike with Murrieta Valley Plumbing are great to work with.
I was able to get a same day appointment. Wasn't charged a fee to come out to get an estimate. They were both really nice and professional!
Did great work and reasonable!
I actually have them booked for another project that needs attention already!
Thank you for all your help!

Matt and Mike recently helped us resolve a few different plumbing issues in our home. They were responsive, reliable, friendly and most importantly provided quality work. I am so glad we were referred to MVP and plan to utilize this team for our future plumbing needs.

Matt replaced my whole shower valve set up after my son broke it. He gave me a price that was about $400 less than other plumbers on yelp that are reviewed higher. He was very kind and professional and did a great job. I would definitely recommend using this plumbing service, as opposed to ones that are ranked higher on yelp!!!

Matt was amazing reliable dependable and new exactly what to do to fix our problem my go to plumber for sure thank you Matt Merry Christmas to you and your team.

This is a father and son company. Very professional, on time and amazing service. They are very reasonably priced and got the job done fast. They installed a water shut off system for me. Even tried to help me with setting it up on the app. Super thankful for an awesome experience. I had a really bad experience with the last plumbing company I called so this was a breath of fresh air. Thank you guys.

These guys were wonderful. First of all, it is a small, family-owned, local, long-standing business run by a father-son team. Sounded promising. My idea of a business of that description is that the person whose name is on the door is the person who shows up at my door to do the work. When I called, the son (Matt) answered the phone. Yes, they actually answered the phone! No menu hell and no pre-recorded voice telling me how important my business is (just not important enough to answer the phone). He set an appointment for later that morning, and he and his father, Mike, arrived on time to look at the leaking hot water tank. They confirmed my fear that it needed to be replaced. They temporarily set up the new tank so that we would have hot water, and so that the water remediation people could do what they needed to do so that nothing would be back to haunt me. Then, once that was accomplished, the drywall needed to be replaced and the tank platform needed to be reconstructed. Finally, the tank was re-sited to the newly reconstructed platform. Four phases. They were johnny-on-the-spot for their two phases. Their work was neat and tidy, and they put things back the way they found them. It all looked better than when they started. They used all new materials to restrap, etc. I'm totally pleased with the work they did. Oh yeah, their price was fair too. I must have researched a dozen plumbers that morning. I got bids ridiculouly higher, and higher bids reusing 20-year-old materials, and nobody else mentioned temporily siting. I don't think you could go wrong hiring this local, conscientious, hard-working business. I didn't.

we are just getting ahead of some potential plumbing issues. our main pressure regulator is bad and its best to have that fixed. our water pressure is at 90psi maybe above at non peak hours and thats not good for the pipes. 65psi is desired and thats what i have now. MVP was quick to respond was able to get to our house the next day. very professional! charges are in the reasonable range. Will be my goto guys for plumbing needs.

This is a true 5 star company. From the initial phone call, scheduling to the completion of the work, they did it all in a timely and professional manner. It's nice to know that there are still people with good hearts. Highly recommend!!!
