What an absolute horrible experience with Dana. He shows up I explained what I needed done for a house to close escrow. Asked for a bid and time table, explained I was on a tight schedule, provided him 2 different email addresses to send me a quote to get the work done timely. Days of texts and calls with no response and when I finally threatened a bad review I get excuses an text quote and text insults from him. Don't trust the reviews if you need timely work done I would suggest any other reputable, somewhat professional contractor.

As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of a client's call. I have used Dana's services in the past. He completed multiple repairs. I trusted him and paid him what he had asked for. There were no issues in which I would not want to work with him again in the future. Therefore as a returning, loyal client, I thought calling him for another job would at least have my calls returned. Last year I called him for a plumbing issue and he never returned my call. I gathered he was busy and brushed it off and called another handyman. Again recently, I had another plumbing issue at the house and called him three times. He has yet to return my call or email.
Wonder if he is still in business? Even if not, a simple call back would be appreciated. I guess my loyalty to his business is not the same as his loyalty to his returning clients.

Our kitchen faucet broke on Saturday night; we called several plumbers and received no replies. Dana from Prime Plumbing called back & told us they could come out on Sunday morning @ 8 a.m.
They arrived and took care of a difficult faucet replacement (there was almost no space underneath for an easy replacement).
We would definitely recommend Prime Plumbing!! They do great work at reasonable prices.
