As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of a client's call. I have used Dana's services in the past. He completed multiple repairs. I trusted him and paid him what he had asked for. There were no issues in which I would not want to work with him again in the future. Therefore as a returning, loyal client, I thought calling him for another job would at least have my calls returned. Last year I called him for a plumbing issue and he never returned my call. I gathered he was busy and brushed it off and called another handyman. Again recently, I had another plumbing issue at the house and called him three times. He has yet to return my call or email.
Wonder if he is still in business? Even if not, a simple call back would be appreciated. I guess my loyalty to his business is not the same as his loyalty to his returning clients.

Our kitchen faucet broke on Saturday night; we called several plumbers and received no replies. Dana from Prime Plumbing called back & told us they could come out on Sunday morning @ 8 a.m.
They arrived and took care of a difficult faucet replacement (there was almost no space underneath for an easy replacement).
We would definitely recommend Prime Plumbing!! They do great work at reasonable prices.

Dana and John came over this morning and replaced my kitchen faucet. They were on time, beat and efficient . They had the job done in less then 1/2 hour. I have them scheduled for several other jobs in the near future. So happy to have found them!

I had a disaster yesterday. Dana and Matt were superheroes. While mowing the lawn, I noticed that the water meter vault and the shut off valve vault was filled with water. I called Rancho Water District; after pumping out both, the leak was on the customer side. I started calling around for a repair bc the leak was significant. No one was willing or able to come out today. Murrieta Handyman came out, gave me a fair bid, fixed the water main leak, and didn't completely ruin my front lawn. If you need help, I definitely recommend them. Thanks Matt & Dana.

I called Dana for a job and he asked me to text him my information and he'd call me for an appt to give an estimate, etc. I've texted twice since and have had no response. I'd rather be told he's too busy or doesn't want the type of job I had than to be left hanging for days thinking I have someone to work with. Lost time for making weekend appts with other handyman...

Dana provides exceptional service. I had a problem with the pilot on my hot water heater not staying lit. Dana diagnosed the problem over the phone and after I sent him a picture of the control unit he determined he could make the repairs that day. He came out on a Sunday and I was back in business in no time.
