We contacted same day and Home Depot and their bids were hundreds of dollars more, so we went with Murray. We had already been without hot water for 2 days, and Matt went out of his way to work late and came the same day. We found him to be pleasant, helpful, honest and fair. He did a great job. I would definitely use him again, and recommend him to friends and family.
