They didn't upsell me and the price quoted on the phone was what I got. They gave me a Rheem water heater which I believe to be a great brand. Polite and professional. I would definitely recommend and will use them again if needed.

Ryan and his crew came by to fix a leak on my place in Rescue. They gave me a fair estimate and were able to knock it out. The leak had to be accessed via the roof and they were able to quickly analyze it, had the materials and special tools to remove and replace the section of faulty pipes. I will certainly use them again for my future plumbing needs!

We can't recommend them enough. They came out on an emergency call, after hours, late in the evening, and got our plumbing working again. This review is LONG overdue but when you get good service you need to share with others.
I arrived home from TX at 2am on Saturday 12/23 to find the hot water heater gave out. I called as soon as the sun came up. Ryan said he was booked that day but would make sure to fit me in so I didn't have to go the holiday without water.
Ryan showed up as promised and replaced the water heater. Next morning (Christmas Eve) there was no hot water. I called Ryan who immediately responded, giving up his time with family to find out why. It was a wire that had slipped loose. Ryan promptly fixed it and we were able to enjoy our family later that day without further water worries.

THANK YOU, Ryan. You could have easily said no, that you were already booked full. I appreciate you and the work you did for me. If I know of anyone needing hot water heater work, your business and my experience is promptly shared. Wishing you continued success.
