This company upgraded parts of my house plumbing and installed a new gas boiler.

1. It was very difficult to make them come and finish their job. They would disappear for weeks and not return my repeated calls.
2. Several parts of their work begun malfunctioning after they took their last payment and they never returned to repair them-had to have another plumber do their job: steam system was never adjusted, steam boiler never skimmed, two radiators left with valves malfunctioning, bathtub drain not installed correctly, water filter not installed etc.

Kevin was extremely helpful came over gave me a fair price to install a washer and dryer... we ended up running into a slight problem with the vent, Kevin came up with the solution & in the end job was done right. . I recommend him highly and Murray Hill Plumbing. ..

Dont waste you time. Made an appointment with them for 8:30 am on a Monday morning and at 9 am get a phone call that he wont be coming. He had a bigger job at a apartment building that he services. He was supposed to fix a radiator in a bedroom for me, which required me moving the queen size bed out of the room.. All that work and he was a no show.

Excellent customer service and a very knowledgeable master plumber. No BS- and they don't rip you off. I know how hard it is to find a plumbing/heating company to trust- but I believe I found them. I called Murray Hill after the company who was highly recommended never came after TWO days with no hot water. A friend of mine told me about Murray Hill and they came when they said, fixed the problem in half an hour and charged me less than their service call. Hooray!! There are really good companies out there and Donna & Kevin at Murray Hill are the real thing!
