Just had a horrible experience with this company. First, they were at our house for about 20 minutes and it cost $80! Then when we continued to have problems with our equipment, they were unwilling to work with us- even though our equipment was under warranty. The secretary argued with us about the serial number, the manufacture date, wouldn't accept that it was malfunctioning, and just talked over me (wouldn't listen at all). She wouldn't even let me talk to the local dealer without being on a 3 way call. When I figured out who the local dealer was, she 'warned' me not to call him- that we had to deal with them. We finally had to contact the regional distributor to get our problem solved.
We have used these guys in the past with no problem. But we will never deal with them again after this- totally NOT worth it!

It's Actually My Fault For Not Securing A Second Bid For Our Emergency. Even Though These Folks Are Skilled...They Are Very High Priced ( At Least For The Minor Work That Was Done For Us) And I Recommend Getting A ""Second Opinion"" Before Using This Company. A Word To The Wise!

Called to get a quote for a new water heater and the lady on the phone was very short with me. Sounded like I was inconveniencing her. Call Michaels plumbing instead and got it handled.

We needed to have an existing toilet replaced because my wife's disability made it very difficult to get on and off a standard height toilet. We tried several other plumbers, but none of them could take care of our needs before the end of March 2023. Murphy's We Do Plumbing was able to do our installation the same day I called. Our technician, Mike, was prompt, polite, and very professional. Upon completion, we had a solidly mounted toilet that mmy wife could use with ease, and Mike took our old toilet out for disposal. Their pricing wasn't the least expensive, bit it was very fair for the level of service we received.

Oh my gosh!!! I can not even begin to let you all know how incredibly thankful I am for the quick response, kind nature, and rocket-scientist level of knowledge these guys possess over at Murphy's plumbing. Our hot water heater was leaking from the bottom and the whole garage was flooded. They were able to fit us right into the schedule. The guy who helped us knew everything about hot water heaters, knew exactly what needed to be done, and believe me, I (a woman AND an engineer) asked a LOT of questions which he answered very patiently and kindly in detail. They are very honest and interested in ensuring everything is done right, attention was paid to all details.

Our family is once again enjoying hot baths & showers, washing our whites in hot (no more stains), and running our dishes through the dishwasher!! I am SOOOOOO HAPPY!!!! I am even going to wash the cat!! LOL.

I wish I could give Murphy's more stars but five seems to be the limit.

I highly recommend Murphy's plumbing.

Called Murohys plumbing to fix the bath tub leak. They did not fix it, instead he was looking for a bigger leak! Said it would be to hard to fix the tub faucet, hard to get parts, well $250 later and a leaky faucet he gave my wife the bill. By the way for $12 they had tons of parts at Home Depot and I was able to fix it myself.

They did a good job fixing some plumbing issues. Everything works great now and no leaks.

- $250 to snake a bathroom sink.
- No mask / observation of social distancing.
- None of their own towels / clean up supplies
- A pile of soaked towels behind the sink.
- Muddy boot prints on bathroom mat / floors.

They were very quick and communicative. Had care / consideration been given to safety (mask wearing / social distancing), having their own towels / cleaning supplies, being conscious of others' property (not tracking mud or at least cleaning up) I would have had little issue paying a premium for a 30 min job.

We had one leak underneath our house, the access was very easy and repair took less than ten minutes.
We made a mistake in our plumbing attempt and switched a hot water and cold water pipe, that we asked to be switched back to the original position.
So five pipes were repaired essentially, which took less than an hour total. Total cost $425 dollars for less than $10 fittings and one hour of labor. I would never recommend or use Murphy's again.

This is the most rip off business I have ever been associated with in my 66 years on this planet. He is lazy, and he lies. He purposely made excuses to make 5 trips out so he could charge. He is too lazy to dig a hole to fix a leak, we dug it and he came back and said we need to dig 8 inches more. we dug 10 inches more and he came back and said to dig more, This went on 4 times. Total bullshit. His total time working was maybe 30 minutes and he glued 4 elbows and an 8 inch piece of pipe and billed us $850. I ask him to at least fill back in the hole and he said no. Lazy ass. When I had another plumber come out to do a different job I told him about what happened, and he said ""let me guess.....Murphys plumbing"" He said the owner was famous for ripping people off. I would never ever use this rip off business ever again
