Get everything in writing. Do not let them leave their equipment at your house long past any needed time. They bill your insurance for double the expense and your insurance rates then go through the roof. Get multiple quotes before you rush to hire them, for sure!

They're just the worst. They serviced our home 2021. They came one holes everywhere it was chaos. We are now having issues again. After an almost 20k repair and re-do of pipes. We called our insurance they asked us to call plumber coming to find out issue. We called made an appointment no show, no call back, no message. We have called numerous times, took a day off from work, have no water. The only reason we called them, is because they claim we have ""warranty""!! Where is the warranty if they're hiding! It's a bunch of kids doing what their retired dad tells then to do!

I won a free drain cleanout years ago and Murphy and Son's Plumbing honored the offer today without a question. Kameron and his apprentice,
Brice were friendly and willing to answer any additional questions I had. It was a simple job, and it was free, but I felt treated like any other client. I can certainly recommend giving them a try!

Joe Christi and his son Kameron did a fantastic job at solving my leaking water heater feed line, I gave them a call about a week ago and they responded fast and worked efficiently to solve the problem, so far everything is going great, great service, prices, the whole nine yards! Going forward I will definitely recommend this to my friends and family and go to them first for any possible issues!
