these guys saw water leaking from the ceiling, cut open the ceiling said they couldn't find the leak left. then when I called back and said it was still leaking , they told me it was not a plumbing leak and would not come back. turns out it was clearly a plumbing leak

Run from these guys. Get a quote in writing and make sure to get a copy. Shop them with other plumbers, you will be surprised.

Had some work done recently and was very impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail they had in their work, I'm not normally one for reviews but after their job I felt the need to. Great prices aswell, they always say you get what you pay for but they definitely went above and beyond. Very impressed and will resort to them should I need any work done!

Monday morning i discovered my garbage disposal was broken and Murphy and Sons plumbing came in great timing by tuesday afternoon fixing my garbage disposal quickly and efficiently without serious cost! amazing service and i haven't had problems since!

So much for 'Emergency Service', 'Free Leak Detection'. Called them on Tuesday as had a leak coming through the ceiling. Said they'd be out the following morning between 10 and 12. No one showed. Called them in the afternoon. Said he'd call me right back. Never did. Thanks for leaving me waiting all day. Totally unprofessional, unreliable and careless!

Murphy and Sons just saved the day. I called them for a big backup in my kitchen sink - a huge mess.
Joe, the owner, was helpful and straight-forward on the phone, gave me an estimate and a time he could come out. He and his son arrived right on time and went straight to work. They were polite and worked diligently - which is what I expect from a professional service. It was a huge clog, requiring bigger equipment than anticipated (which they had). Within an hour the job was capably done. I worried how much more he'd charge me when the job was bigger than expected, but he stuck to his word - and the price was reasonable! Murphy and Sons specializes in slab leaks and much bigger jobs than mine, but they still took the time to come out to save my situation quickly, which I totally appreciated. I will use them again without hesitation.

I've been working construction for a very long time and started doing handyman work for a living now for quite some time which includes Plumbing one of my clients had called me out because of the fact that he had gone through this Murphy's and Sons Plumbing and was literally taken advantage of and out of the goodness of my heart I went ahead and call the company to be yelled at degraded by whoever answered the phone been told that if I call back blah blah blah blah but here's the problem I I am defending the customer considering that these guys want to bully and think that they have the right to make threats to the customer thinking that their top dog for me as a business and a handyman service I personally will never use these guys just because they got nice trucks doesn't mean that's what you're paying for their shiesty they're disrespectful they have no tolerance they do not accept Fair criticism considering that they stated on two different terms the wrong location of where the leaks were so if you're looking for a plumbing do not go through these guys they'll make your life a living hell and absolutely not even worth the time to invest in they look like they're slobs the old guy especially looks like he should not be even out here cuz he looks more of a liability then an asset so please do yourself a favor and find a true professional not these guys they're just out for your money they're not out for the customer
