A slow drain (clog) and local plumber's recommendation inspired me to call Kyle at Murph's. He picked up the phone right away and scheduled me for the next day.
He located and opened the septic tank that hasn't been opened in many years. He was honest and said it was fine and did not require service. I had him do it anyway since it was open and I wouldn't have to worry about it for a long time. He left it spotless!
He returned the next day with his father (family business) with camera and all the tools needed to tackle a clog of any size.
They used the camera to locate the mild clog and used a large snake to clear it.
They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and showed me everything as they worked so I learned a lot. Pricing was extremely fair. They are licensed, insured and guaranteed their work for a few months.

Located my cesspool and after a few minutes they were able to tell me what had caused my problem. They are very knowledgeable in all areas of drainage. Subsequently They serviced my parents Septic system. They explained what they were doing while their working so I feel not only educated when they were finished but confident that the problem will be solved.
