Shout out to Mark for being the MVP. Boy did we have a debacle transpire just a day before with a different company. Thank goodness for my family, our experience with Murace was the complete opposite. Long story short, we contacted Murace on a Sunday for an emergency service call. Our refrigerator was holding my family hostage with a terrible smell coming from a bolted down spill tray under the unit. We knew what needed to be done but didn't have the equipment to make it happen. Mark came over and fixed everything in about 15 minutes. He was also able to quickly repair a mysterious leak that sprung up behind our refrigerator before we contacted him as well. Quick and efficient! We'll be sure to use Murace if we come across any future issues. Thanks, again.

We've used their services several times. They are easy to get a hold of by phone and easy to get scheduled with. The guys are friendly and professional. They all know what they are doing from years of experience and get the job done right. Any questions or concerns we might have they take the time to talk with us. We've always been pleased with their services. We are having them back again to prep us for winter by blowing air through our outside facets to get the water out before the freezing temperatures. We highly recommend them.
