The work that was done was fine. What we didn't care for was the time window that they were going to show up 9-12. I received a call that they were on they're way at 11:45. Our guy that was meeting him was waiting three hours for them to show up. I don't think that it's right for him to be held hostage for three hours. If we use them next time, we will want a specific time that they'll be there.

Service requested was completed and on time. Communications (email) are thorough and clear and response to the municipal agency is 24h if paid.
Value- you judge: the tech/plumber is in and out in est 5 minutes, @ $75 and as expected and agreed for this exceptionally simple Backflow testing. The tech is likely scheduled q15 minutes from property to property-- leveraging this company's business plan of high volume, efficiency and town/village known requirements for testing.

We have used Municipal Backflow the last few years to test our sprinkler backflow device. They always adhere to the set appointment time and efficiently assure that we receive village approval for the backflow's working order in a timely manner. We have used Municipal Backflow for years to comply with the Village of Glenview Ordinance to check our underground Sprinkler. It is needed to protect the environment. They come out every year and file the paperwork with the Village. They do it for a lower cost than other companies. We highly recommend Municipal Backflow

Annual back flow testing for my irrigation system came due. Municipal Backflow contacted me earlier this year to schedule the test, and will file the results with the village for me. Test and notification of results to the village are included in the fee, which by comparison is much lower than other providers. I'm very satisfied with their service.
