Multifix has been a lifesaver for us less than a month ago. I'm a manager at a small restaurant in Hollywood, and we had a real emergency on the back, needed to do some plumbing repairs, and as a result needed to put new drywalls. The thing is we had to close the premises and were losing money, so timing was crucial, work needed to be done ASAP. I called Multifix around 8pm, explained the job, the matter of time, and after that a guy on the phone (Harut, the owner) said he'll stop by in about an hour, and he did. He's managed to get his crew on site in 2 hours, and man, they were like machines, working without any brakes. Luckily he was able to get all materials at Home Depot before his crew arrived and store closed. Yes, he did that too. Immediately. Long story short, we were able to open next day at 5pm!!! I've never seen anyone working like that. Frankly, such services usually come at a price above what you would've usually paid, and that notion was adding up to my existing frustration about having the restaurant closed. Didn't happen. I paid a very average price, may be even less than that, and this is what made me feel very good after all that mess))
The reason why I'm writing this almost after a month from that terrible day is because he called me back just a few hours ago, just checking on if everything is ok, because: ""we were working very fast and may be you have some concerns about the quality...""- his words. Well I haven't had any. Harut really knows how to earn his customer's business. Thank you!

This guy ghosted me. I called him to come out for a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal replacement. He asked me to take pics of my sink and send to him. He responded back that he was in a meeting and would get back to me in a few hours. Well, this was on a Fri. I never heard back from him. I tried calling him again on Saturday, he didn't answer. I sent another text on Sunday and again no response. Today is now Tuesday. Seriously, who gets ""ghosted"" by a plumber?

I'm not the type of yelpers who write the review just right away from first impression. So now it's 3rd time I'm using multifix handyman. They mounted my TV, painted the wall. installed a new interior door, and fixed my sink faucet and toilet. They are honest with you so if there is something that they are not pros about they'll tell you about that right away. It's nice, because it shows that they are not all about the profit :)
And also it's nice to know that you'll solve any problem with Arut. I mean there is no way to work with somebody for a long time without any problems, can't be that smooth. So the important part is what is the way they talk to you in those cases. It's really great pleaser to work with Arut.
The second time I called them , I had a lot of small stuff to do around the house, so I needed a lot of stuff to buy. First I wanted to do it myself, you know to make sure I pay the exact amount and nothing extra. But I was so busy with the work I couldn't make it myself and I asked guys to get everything frome the store. I was kind of worried because it's not that easy to find out what was bought looking to the home depot receipts :) But guys explained me every item on the receipt to make sure that they haven't bought anything extra. It was really nice of them.

Thankfully I was recommended to try out these guys by a family friend. I have only had positive experience, very professional, punctual with time and budget.
Arut, the team's leader, has been really helpful. He always answers the phone, and depending on what needs to be done, gives you an estimate and sends you guys.
So far they installed and fixed new gutters, installed drainage to the street for the rain gutters, waterproofed my garage, did minor in house fixings (fixed bookshelves, hanged a shelve), fixed several plumbing issues: tankless water heater was not heating well, (now I am finally enjoying hot water), my kitchen sink didn't drain, my washing machine drain was clogged, and my shower was leaking.
All of this was fixed within 3 weeks and during the holidays. This is my first review, I don't usually do this. I highly recommend this team and will have them soon back for another project. Good luck.

I was thinking to put my house on sell. But before looking for the real estate agency, I though it might be a good idea to upgrade the house. Just to paint walls and make it look fresh and nice)
So I called Multifix on Friday. Arut stoped by in an hour. Nice guy, polite and with the sense of humor ).... So basically I asked him to repaint my house asap. Because I want to sell it, so each day worth some money for me.
I have 3bdrm house. They repainted it in just 2 days. 2 days !!! can you imagine. That's just awesome.
In the morning two guys came and they started to protect the floor with the plastic and paper, in a few feet there was a guys who was already painting the wall ))...that was great.
While we were talking, Arut tolled me that his brother is a real estate agent. So I decided to meet with him.
To keep this story short, I sold my house in a week with his brother.
Never thought that it could be so easy to upgrade and sell a house just in 2 weeks. Thank you guys so much!!

It was my first experience with the Multifix. I need my TV to be installed. But the problem was that it was delivered at 8pm. I wanted it sooooo bad )) So Itried to find somebody who can do it at late hours. I called maybe 5 companies and everybody asked double pricing ( It was kind of too much to pay $350 for one TV!!!
I called Arut and he send his guys so fast. They were at my place in about an hour! Everything was done in a moment) The most improtant thing for me was that they were so kind and professional. They cleaned everything after the job was done and were polite all the time. That's nice top get a good servicxe at late time ))
Thank you guys for the awesome service.

Arthur and his crew are some of the hardest working and most reliable people in Los Angeles. I originally came to them looking to convert my garage into a live room for my recording studio and they exceeded my expectations in every way. The job was done a day earlier than estimated and it looks and sounds great. I have since used the guys to add a door inside to my dining room, mount a TV, hang security cameras, build a shower in my studio bathroom, cover my backyard with turf and build a staircase in my backyard to my garden. All jobs have been done professionally, quickly and affordably. I will not be using anyone else for my repair work/construction jobs. Look no further if you need a job done right! Great work!
