I've dealt with John, who I think is the owner of Multitask Repairs for an extended warranty repair on my frig. When we talked he blasted my warranty company, CPS as being difficult to work with, that they were known not to approve work timely and I would be better off going with another company like Sears. However, this hasn't been my experience. Since John submitted his estimate to the warranty company for the repairs, the work was reviewed and approved in under a week. But since the approval I've discovered that John is actually the one that is difficult to work with. This gentleman has made every excuse imaginable as to why my frig has not been repaired - to ""Oh man I couldn't find your number to get your address"" to ""I had too many calls today so I couldn't make it."" And now it's been almost two months since the approval and my frig is still not working. I am really surprised that Multitask Repairs is still in business especially on how they treat their customers. I have been more than patient, but I have never dealt with someone as unprofessional and irresponsible as John and if you have the option to take your business and money elsewhere - do it and save yourself the headache. Avoid this company if you can.

I was having issues with my master Bathroom Toilet & I called & Jonathan Responded within 10 minutes. He asked me a few questions about my problem , so I just decided to purchase a NEW Toilet for the Great Price he Quoted me.. He bought a new Toilet & Brought it out & Installed it in about 1 hour 15 min.
Great Job!
He was kind & courteous .. Very Impressed..

Never showed up, never called, found someone else to do the work. Could have at least shown the courtesy to call and say, "" I can't make it"".

I called Mr. Jonathon about my washing machine that had broken down. He answered my phone call right away and was willing to come out that evening but we decided that 9a.m. would work just fine. He arrived on time and had the machine diagnosed and fixed in no time.
It was great. I'm very impressed with his honesty and knowledge and professionalism. Very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier and will definitely be calling Multi Task Repairs again. Thank You!!

Jonathan was fantastic. Called me within 5 minutes of my request (on a Sunday morning no less!). He was able to come out and diagnose my refrigerator issue and repair it all in the same day. Cannot thank him enough. Extremely impressed with his knowledge, timeliness, and professionalism. Call him for all your appliance needs!

The company contacted me quickly and showed up on time. The job took about 11/2 hours. What I didn't like was he charged me $200 + over the quote, they didn't drain the water out of toilet before hauling it out, he brought another worker, he balked at letting me select toilets for my own home, and was slightly argumentative . For these reasons, especially the $$, I probably will not choose this company again.
