Mullins Plumbing installed all the plumbing in our home and used PEX plumbing products. The technician did not use the proper tools that are required for PEX products to work effectively. As a result we have incurred thousands of dollars in repair work. Not only are we needing to re-plumb our entire house, but are also needing to replace drywall, flooring, bath tile as well. When I called the owner, Andy Hicks, to simply ask about the install the secretary rudely informed me the owner doesn't care about our problems. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
