Called Mullins for a vibration issue on an 18 month old Rheem on demand hot water heater. It developed a vibration that we could hear throughout our entire home and was very annoying. Mullins completed the original installation so I called them for assistance. They scheduled me for today and the service tech Jeff was right on time. I explained the issue and he opened the heater panel to take a look. I turned on the water and he immediately found the problem. The heater enclosure had moved slightly over time and was causing a very slight vibration to resonate up the wall and throughout the house. He placed a piece of insulation foam between the panel and the wall and the problem was fixed. How simple. He said there was no charge and was on his way. Thanks Jeff for a great job.

I am not kidding when I as a former trades man, am impressed with
the performance in every area, time, efficiency, clean, uniformed... but the Work... that is what stands out to me about Mullins and Greg that did the work.
We in the middle of this pandemic had just moved my wife and I from So.Cal to the Kennewick, into a house that had MANY problems.
Landed on April Foooools day.. LOL
But some how on the multiple trips over a couple months it is all done.
My wife and I could not have a high review... cuzzz if there was, we would be giving it. Yes... they are that good.

I called Arrow Plumbing/Mullin Enterprises the day after New Years for a serious leaking faucet and was very happy to hear that they could come out the next day and called to let me know they were close and showed up as expected. The issue was fixed promptly and service person was very courteous. I highly recommend them! very happy to have this leak fixed so quickly and efficiently.

I originally rated this company low due to scheduling issues and perceived poor customer service, however; since that rating I am pleased to update my rating for the following reasons:
1. The quality of the work is very good. No real issues to date.
2. A year later, there was a minor issue that wasn't the fault of Arrow plumbing, but one of the owners came out and evaluated the problem and did not charge me. He provided guidance and I was able to fix the problem myself.
At the end of the day, I think many of us would rather have quality work done by a company that stands behind their service.

Gave me a realistic bid, followed through with their appointment time, courteous, did the job and fixed it so it will not difficult to fix if it breaks again. Thank you Aarrow plumbing for your high work ethic.

Our builder uses Aarrow plumbing. We have had numerous issues. The day we moved in our downstairs and garage flooded due to an ""error"". They forgot to connect the main pipe to the septic. When they came out they of course blamed the septic company and left us to deal with a flooded home with no water. Flooded by the way with what should have been in the septic tank. After a meeting between the builder and the septic company they took responsibilty. Other issues we have experienced are the master tub was not installed correctly so the first time it was used all the grout around the tile cracked, there was a leak in the kitchen causing warping and damage to sub floor and island. The entire kitchen floor and island had to be ripped out and replaced. They did come and fix everything but with the issues we had I would not use them again.

I called to schedule an appointment with Aarrow plumbing. They said they would be here the next day, which worked out great for me. They gave me a two hour window when they'd be by. I called halfway through that window to check with them, and was told their schedule had been messed up and I was the second person to call and say they were expecting someone to show up that never did.
Not good.
They asked if I would want someone to come by the next morning. Lucky for me I was able to accommodate this, this week, but seriously I sometimes wonder if these companies have any idea that people work for a living and can't just take off the entire week to wait around for someone that doesn't show up.
Someone came today to replace the leaky frost-free hose bib. It required going under the house into the crawl space, about 10 feet, to access the connection point. They removed the old one, installed a few feet of PEX pipe (flexible tube that will allow the unit to be serviced from the outside of the house in the future), installed the new hose bib and were done within 30 minutes.
The part itself costs somewhere around $30 dollars.
The bill was almost $255 + tax, and that was with a $25 discount because they didn't show up the day before.
The service was fine, I'm sure the repair was done well, and I was given a 1-year warranty (verbally - not written on the invoice). I'm not impressed with the exorbitant price for the service. I can appreciate costs for marketing, and other overhead, driving to and from the warehouse or another appointment, but this seems to be too high. Add to that the missed appointment the first time, and I'll probably be looking for another plumber next time.

This Aarrow misses the mark.
Aarrow plumbed our new house. Loose fixtures, misadjusted toilets, pipes plugged with gunk, substandard workmanship, lousy post construction service -- you name it, we suffered it. There are better choices in the Tri-Cities.

We have had multiple floods in our brand new home resulting from faulty work performed by Aarrow Plumbing. I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST using Aaarrow plumbing. When you call their 24 hour emergency line, you will likely get a message letting you know that they are sorry you reached them outside regular business hours, please leave a message and they will return your call the next busines day. I could go on for pages on all the mistakes they made including plumbing 101 stuff like forgetting a condensate drain for the HVAC unit, forgetting to plumb the utility sink, when you flush the toilet you burn your child in the shower because the water gets scolding hot (they just told us to turn the water heater down so the water didn't get so hot when I flush the toilet), etc.....the list goes on.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. We are now going on over 6 months living in our brand new home with HUGE water issues. At no time can we take 2 showers at one time...or if you run water at our kitchen sink and someone is in the shower..the shower turns ice cold:( My husband has called them numerous times only to get no return calls and a continued runaround . Niether owner will take his calls....after they came and tested our water presure and realized it was off they have disappeared. We now have to spend thousands of dollars to take them to court and have another plumber fix the problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have no morals. Good people fix their mistakes. Shame on you Arrow!! I hate even giving them one star but had no choice in order to post this:(
