Very sorry I didn't read these reviews before selecting this company.
My husband and I paid Mullin to pump our aerobic septic system in preparation of listing our home for sale. 50 days later (only 10 of which we lived in the home), the buyer's inspector reports that our tank is over 40% full and requires pumping!
We called Mullin to come out to inspect and remedy the situation as needed. They emailed a copy of receipt stating we accepted the service they did, but they said they would come out anyway. They never showed. When my husband called to tell them we were getting another plumbing company to do it right, all they said was, ""fine, have a nice day"". This company has no integrity and has no interest in rectifying the poor or dishonest work of their employees.

Having a bad experience with Mullin. Tech came out Friday to replace a bathroom sink faucet and was not able to finish. Later that day it started leaking, noticeably flooding the bathroom after 6pm. We caught, dumped and bailed water for 2 hours while calling Mullin three times with no
response. It ended up flooding that bathroom, the master bedroom, the big bathroom, the hallway and the kitchen. We finally had to have the Rural Water department come out and turn off the water main Friday evening. When I called Saturday to say we needed them to come back out and finish due to the flooding and no water in the house they are trying to make us pay overtime labor for the problem they caused. I think it may have ruined the bedroom carpet and the edges of carpet in four other places.

Calling Mullins was a huge mistake. I needed three simple things done.. install a new toilet (which I already bought), fix one laundry room valve on the washer that wouldn't shut off and fix a leaking shower. The plumber came out and proceeded to tell me that the parts that I needed for the shower they didn't make anymore and that it would cost me $1500-$2000 to fix the problem. The laundry room he looked at and said that it would take him a few hours to fix and that he needed to tear out some of my wall to do it. He didn't even acknowledge the toilet but said he could probably throw that in if I decided to do the other work estimated at 15 hours of work and $2000+. With that being said he didn't do anything.. not even install the new toilet and charged me $150. Thankfully I got a second opinion. It was all fixed within three hours of the Mullin plumber leaving and cost me $200 and took him less than an hour to complete all three jobs with a trip to Home Depot in there too.

A MULLINS EMPLOYEE ALMOST RAN MY 81 YEAR OLD MOTHER OVER AND TRIED TO START A FIGHT WITH ME. I called Mullins Plumbing to let them know what their employee had done and they told me they would have a talk with him and call me in the morning to let me know what the outcome was. I have not heard anything from them, I guess they think it's ok and professional to treat a customer that way. I have seen all the bad reviews on this company and now i know why. My mother has spent thousands and thousands of dollars with this company and this is how they thank her. WTF

A little over a year ago I had an issue with a flooded basement at a residential, rental property I own. I called Mullin plumbing to fix the issue which they gladly took my money and did so. Except, I've had more issues with my plumbing ever since then. One issue that rose up within a few months of the major fix that cost me thousands in my basement, I called Mullins to come out and see what the issue is, since it seemed like my basement shouldn't be backing up after having the main line to my house replaced. The manager I spoke to on the phone the next day didn't give any answers, tried to blame my tenants on the problem (they've been living there for years and have never had these issues until i started using Mullin) and then offered their camera services, but stating that it would certainly be more money.
All of those issues were frustrating and even more frustrating when looking at the invoices for the work down and realizing that none of it is itemized and does not clearly state any of the work (One invoice only says ""Camera"" that I was charged $2,608 for). Even more frustrating is that I recently spoke to my tenants about that issue and found out that there was an OSHA incident at my rental property when Mullin was supposed to be working on my plumbing. I was told that OSHA stopped the work for a matter of hours, the work did not commence that day and then an uncovered whole was left there for some time.
I'm incredibly frustrated that this was never disclosed to me, the homeowner, whom Mullin Plumbing had already charged for the work prior to it being done according to the dates on the OSHA incident, the invoices and my credit card statement. Now, on top of all of that and the frequency of issues I've had at my rental property I'm wondering if the job was completed at all. There are a lot of questions to be answered and so far Mullin Plumbing has not been forthright in giving answers.

The worst. A few years back I hired them to clear a clogged kitchen sink, something that other plumbers had done numerous times. They broke their snake off in the drain, leaving it hanging out of the vent pipe in the roof, making the clogged kitchen drain a whole house problem. Then, they refused to fix it (or do anything else except if I paid them more) blaming it on my pipes, and wanting to run a video camera down the line to show me how my pipes broke their snake. Never forget.

Although there was a problem with the first plumber that was sent to the job, I talked to the supervisor who corrected the problem promptly and adjusted the charge. Very fair and thorough. Couldn't have asked for better resolution and job completed as promised. Will use again!!!

Called Mullen on a Saturday they arrived within 2 hours. I advised them that I thought it was a capacitor, it took a screwdriver and literally 5 seconds to determine this in fact was the issue. I realize it was a Saturday call and I realize it can at times take a lot of time to diagnose an issue but $130 for a five-second diagnosis that I told you most likely was the problem I think was pretty expensive. I think there should have been a little wiggle room there.
And then another $210 to replace a capacitor a 15-minute job I think was a bit excessive as well
$340 seems a bit pricey for the diagnosis that was involved in the labor that was involved.

My only complaint with Mullin was surprised it was fast service and the technician was nice and knowledgeable.

If your outside AC unit isn't running and the inside blower is try this.
Turn on the AC and then with a screwdriver start the blades spinning on the outside unit if it starts spinning like normal it's just the capacitor.
Do a search and I'm sure you can replace it yourself I know I will be able to in the future.
