they did a job for me that I now have to have completely redone- I have excessive floor rot from a slow leak that has to be repaired all because they did not do their job correctly . They told me you can't install a tub incorrectly!!! oh yes you can and they did . They didn't support the Fiberglas tub correctly and it cracked!!! They do not stand behind their horrible work and are flabbergasted when you tell them they did it incorrectly!!! please do yourself a favor and SKIP these horrible people.
Teri S.I had this company put a tub in for me 4 years ago. We had issues when the welding that they did was not right and they would not even come out to look at it. We paid over $1600 to have an old tub taken out and a new one put in. We'll to add insult to injury we just found that the tub has a hairline crack in it and has caused major damage to my downstairs. We called him to discuss and he calls my wife back screaming and cursing at her. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE THE WORK THEY DO AND THEY TREAT PEOPLE AWFUL. HE CALLED MY WIFE A FUC*ING MORON!!!

Robin S.I had a new hot water tank installed in August 2018. Nick did a good job on installation and removal of old tank. I have had some issues with air in the lines recently. I called Nick's several times leaving a message. He finally answered his phone. I told him what the issue was, he told me go back and try a few things and then call him back. Well I've been calling him back for the last 2 weeks. Left him detailed messages on the situation. Nick has not returned any of my calls. My warranty expires on August 20th 2019. I'm sure I won't hear from him at all, or it will be after warranty expires! So thanks for nothing Nick, I will never do business with you again! And I will never recommend you to anyone either.
