Very good experience with Mullenberg Plumbing. We had a leak in our toilet and Richard was able to quickly diagnose and stop the leak. Additionally, he suggested we take the opportunity to replace and upgrade our toilet (it was 20 years old and not running well). The new toilet is fantastic-a major improvement and well worth the investment. Richard is pleasant to work with and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. The price for the job was very reasonable and he patiently answered all questions and concerns. Highly recommended.

I hired Richard from Charles H. Mullenberg to do some plumbing work at my house. He came highly recommended from a post on Next Door, so I thought I would reach out and I am very glad I did. He was very responsive, honest, prompt, and fairly priced (quotes we received from 2 other plumbers were much higher). He was great to work with and did a clean and efficient job. I definitely plan to use him in the future and recommend him to anyone in the area.

The technician came to my house to give me a quote for the following items: replace vanity sink, replace outside spigot, repair another outside spigot, repair dripping faucet, repair dripping shower head. When I said I had already purchased the new vanity, he made a big deal out of the fact that he ""might have to cut"" the back of it to accommodate the pipes. The new sink is a standard off-the-shelf vanity, not fancy, and no pipes need to be moved. He quoted me a ""base"" price of $460. Replacing the outside spigot was quoted at a base price of $400+ because ""that takes saudering pipe!"" and ""I don't know if I'll need an inch of copper or 6 inches!"" Fixing a simply dripping faucet was going to be at least $120. Of course, I was ""lucky"" because they discounted for having several things done at once. I call BS. Either plumbers are twice as much in Ho. Co. as they are in Mont. Co., or this tech thought he could rip off a woman by making things sound sooooo hard and unpredictable. Pulease. If you cannot predict how much copper pipe you'll need within a reasonable amount then you aren't a plumber worth the name; and replacing a standard vanity with another vanity is $460! I wouldn't bother calling them if I were you.
