I called Mulhearn and David came down immediately, initially I thought he was quoting high, but when he saw my sump pump, which was not working, he fixed it and solved the issue by not replacing the motor which other plumbers were planning on doing it, David saved lot of money and suggested other better things to do.... David was great. We called him last week and he advised us to reach out to Kohler to replace a faulty Hydrorail shower cartridge as it would be covered under warranty. He was right. We received the part yesterday and called him today--he came out promptly, finished the job quickly, and was sure to keep his distance. My wife was particularly pleased that he respected her ask of wearing ""booties"" over his work boots and dutifully putting them on/removing them each and every time he entered/left the house without complaint. Have recommended him to family and will recommend to nearby neighbors and friends.
