Major jerks! Just called and they informed me in a sniff that they were so busy they weren't taking any business. Plus, they don't do 'free' estimates--why should they come out to the house and look at your problem if you're not going to have them do the job? Claim this is 'standard' practice now. Don't know how anyone can run a business this way. Hopefully they won't be busy long, and maybe can use their spare time to read a book on interacting with the public.

We requested an estimate to run a gas line to our kitchen for a gas stove. The tech came out as scheduled, walked around, explained what might have to be done and left. I waited a week before I had to call him back for the estimate. The guy who answered the phone said he would get back to me in 10 minutes. Nearly 50 minutes later I got a call back with very vague info. I was told it would be too expensive to run and that we were at capacity as for as what was connected to the line. I was quoted $500 for labor and another $500 for materials. I honestly felt like he didn't want the work. Milford won't be getting our business. We're out $79 for nothing.

Need a plumber? Don't choose Mulford Plumbing! The receptionist was unhelpful, and acted like I was bothering her just by calling.
They said they would be to my business same day and never showed up. When I called the next day, I got no clear answer as to why they didn't come, and I was ultimately hung up on by the receptionist.
I will NEVER go to Mulford Plumbing for any of my plumbing needs, and I suggest no one else does either!!
