This company did not have the courtesy to send me a quote much less call me back to discuss a job they spent 30 minutes estimating. I would stay as far away from MUCH BETTER PLUMBING as possible. If they can't professionally submit a proposal, how reliable could they possibly be to perform the job?

Have used this company twice now, in the span of a week, to make some needed repairs and installations around the house. The company and employees were insanely responsive, helpful, and answered all questions we had. It genuinely feels like the company wants to help its clients first, and are not just seeking payment; they want to make sure we understand the decisions being made, and why. I felt extremely informed on even the most minor decisions, and the cost we paid was very reasonable. We had a sink installed one day, and two days later, we reached out to the same company to install a new toilet, which they were able to do the same day, which is customer service at its best. I truly recommend this company, and have nothing but wonderful things to say about them, and each of their employees.

We had a bit of an emergency - floors were being installed but our water wasn't shutting off properly so we needed a plumber to come ASAP. Spoke to Daniel, who was extremely professional and was able to send his crew within the hour. Jesse showed up within the hour and had an extremely positive and sunny disposition. He was able to work with our flooring crew to resolve the issues AND he installed 5 faucets, beautifully, might I add. Pricing was VERY fair and no hidden costs. The final invoice is exactly what was discussed.
