The main pipe from the street coming into the garage was leaking on the outside and inside of my garage. I called Goettl as I am on their monthly program. They wanted to do it right to the tune of an exhorbitant amount replacing everything to the street. No way. I started calling others. Much Better Plumbing was recommended by another company as that company was booked. I called Daniel from Much Better on Friday who came out and gave me a quote that was very fair for replacing pipes, regulator and shut off valve (along with a new outside faucet). I gave the okay. He said he would come back promptly on Saturday morning at 8:00 to do the job. Yes, at exactly 8:00 a.m., Daniel and Pedro showed up and did an excellent job. Daniel explained what he did and showed me the new and old parts. They are coming back on Monday just to wrap the outside pipe because the PVC glue had to dry. I am so pleased with their courtesy, quality of work, quick response, speed in getting job done, honesty and fairness in charging only for what really was needed to fix the problem. I highly recommend their service and would not hesitate to call them for any future plumbing problems that I might have.

I had my water heater go out and began calling around to get a quote to have it replaced. Since it was Saturday, I figured I would have to wait until Monday to have this service done. I called Much Better Plumbing and immediately received a call back. I was given a great competitive quote and told they could replace my water heater THE SAME DAY! That was not all...not only could he do it the same day, but from the time I initially made the call to the time the job was COMPLETE was roughly 4 hours! Very fast service, very friendly and very professional. They also give a 10% discount for paying with cash, which saved me even more money! Would absolutely call them again for any other service and would recommend them to anyone! Give them a shot you won't regret it!

This company is real professional. Jose and daniel are very experienced and precise with their work.

Bad plumbing means a water flood, sewer back up, sewer smell. Finding a qualified responsible crew is really important for big jobs.

I have no problem calling them for future work if i need it.

If you're like me, you usually search Yelp and look for the businesses with the most 5 star reviews. We called a few of these places as well as Much Better Plumbing that was recommended to us by one of the businesses who didn't do exterior house work. So glad we found Daniel and Much Better Plumbing!

Daniel was quick to attend to our needs. We sent him photos via text and he quoted us a very reasonable rate. He arrived with a co-worker and they did an excellent job fixing a spigot that was leaking on the exterior of our house. They were quick, efficient, discarded old wrapping, cut old PVC pipe and replaced it with new pipe and wrapping. Daniel told us what old parts still worked well and saved us from what other businesses told us we needed to replace. This kind of honesty and hard work will always earn our business and we couldn't be more appreciative. Don't hesitate to give these guys a call!

I really wanted to give these guys a chance to service my plumbing issues, but they failed to provide a price quote. They came as a referral from another plumber friend of mine, b/c he couldn't do the job, however, when it came time to bid for the job, much better plumbing simply did not, call, text or email the $$ quote. I spoke & texted w/ Daniel (nice guy) several times, but for some reason just didn't follow through w/ a bid? Maybe they're just too busy and don't need the work....smh

Very happy and pleased with their service! Daniel and his associate came out, did not charge for an estimate (like most places do) and detected the problem right away! They went through all the valves and meter to make sure we didn't have an inside leak. Gave us quotes that were beyond reasonable to fix minor issues, did not try to rip us off in any way. He was prompt and efficient, knew what he was talking about, and I have NO clue what the heck plumbing systems are all about and he did a great job with explaining everything. He was also good with communicating that he was running late, which I really appreciate instead of leaving us hanging. I definitely recommend him if you want a fast, prompt, affordable, no BS upsells and need to get your plumbing needs done ASAP!
