So impressed with these guys! We reached out to them to to address some issues that came back on our home inspection regarding our water heater. They were responsive, friendly and provided an super affordable quote on the spot via Yelp.

My only small issue was that they were about an hour late to my appointment and I had to call to check if they were still coming, but Daniel was really apologetic and ensured someone would be there ASAP.

Would definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs!

I called this company to get a free estimate on my water heater. They responded quickly, came out and Daniel the supervisor even showed up to confirm that I needed a new one. After shopping around, I called them back and they were able to come back that afternoon. They did have a promotion going on that helped with the cost. I am very happy with how fast they called, arrived and came back later to get the job done. Great customer service.

I highly recommend! I called these guys when my water heater went out. I spoke to Daniel & after sending him a pic, learned I have a power vent water heater (aka stupid expensive) I told him I was going to get a few more quotes & he said I'd be calling him back. He was right. They were at my house within an hour & a half & installed another stupid expensive water heater. It seemed to be working okay the next AM but by noon I was out of hot water. I called Daniel & again they were back at my house within the hour & fixed the problem. I feel that although my water heater may be costly, it probably beats boiling water on the stove for my monthly bath ;-)

Much Better Plumbing just left our house and we now have hot water. They were amazing, unbelievably fast , efficient and professional. Our hot water heater went out last night about 6:00 pm. We called the number on the side of the Rheem gas water heater and get an authorization to return it to Home Depot for a credit. Only problem is that I had to take it to store to get the credit. That was a major problem since we are ""seniors"" without a truck or help.
Desperate, I looked to yelp for help and found Much Better Plumbing, they had very good review and in our area. I called them around 8:30 am and spoke with Daniel. I explained my problem and he assured me they could and would take care of it all.
And they did, he arrive at my home within 45 minutes, assessed the problem. They disconnected the old water heater and took it to Home Depot for me, helped me with the return, advised me on a replacement,( telling me what accessories were not needed and a waste), carried the new heater to my home and completed a perfect installation. They replaced all the flexible connections and added a new catch pan underneath complete with pvc drainpipe.
This is our third water heater in 11 years so I have some experience in service and cost. They were the by far the best installer I have ever used anywhere. The cost was so reasonable, I thought we must be family.
They added no extra charge for all the extra services they provided.
Today, that's totally unheard of, a honest vendor doing superior work and service and and excellent price.
I don't usually write reviews, but this service is truly exceptional .

Our water heater died in the middle of a Sunday. Much Better Plumbing was out immediately with an extremely fair estimate, quicKly stopped the leak and prepped the area for a new installation. Much Better Plumbing made what could have been a very stressful situation simple and quick. Thank you very much.

had a few thing that needed attention, a leak from one toilet, replace a cartridge and installation of 3 shower heads. I called a different company for that and they did a great job fixing the leak and installing the shower heads but they were not able to remove the cartridge, it was royally stuck (big time), the plumber told me he cannot take it out and that I should call Much Better Plumbing (which I did). After 3 hours (with no extra charge) Daniel was able to fix the entire thing. let me just say that they earned a customer for life! you should do yourselves a favor and call them the next time you need a plumber.

We had a leak under our slab in our kitchen. Daniel came in on the first service call and was able to find where the water lines went in the house and was able to stop the hot water in just the kitchen. Then they came up with a plan of how to dig with the least damage possible. They put in a whole new water line (abandoned the old one) and we are finally not leaking hot water. They were quick, knowledgable, and even came back when the tile was reinstalled to install the dishwasher. I am so happy I found them, because Daniel was able to address all my concerns, we have new water lines that should work for years to come and it was a lot less expensive going through them that through a big company. Much Better Plumbing will be the first plumber I call in the future!

This has been a long time coming review. I rarely post, but when I do- it's because I have time. Hahaha! To say Daniel & his team is amazing, is short-handing them. To put it in perspective- I have Daniel (owner) saved in my contacts as my go-to for any and all plumbing. They have done several projects in my new home, from replacing toilets, creating a pot filler line, water hook up for outdoor kitchen, and standalone tub faucet move etc etc. This young man knows the compliance handbook like the back of his hand and will ensure you are up to code on some home project ideas too haha! Their prices are extremely competitive, they are a true company that looks out for their customers. Extremely professional and very clean. Keep up the good work Daniel & team!
