horrible company. don't use them. they sub out work and charge astronomical prices when you could have just called someone to do the actual work themselves. then they send you a bill for 3 times the cost.

do not use this business!!!!! absolutely under no circumstances! they will break things in the process of fixing issues and tell you they will fix them... and then they refuse to fix any damages they caused and wont pay for it either! bring your business elsewhere!!!! do not use muccia plumbing the owner is not reliable or a man of his word

My hot water heater broke last Wednesday evening. Just what I needed in this COVID crisis. I contacted Muccia Plumbing and they arrived the next day. We agreed I was in need of a new hot water heater. They came to my rescue with protective masks to install a 50 gallon water heater. The customer service, work quality and swift action were amazing! Thanks guys.

Excellent plumbers, exceptionally unprofessional back office. If you read the response below you will be able to notice vendors disingenuous and lack of care given that in their records should clearly indicate my association with the vendor based on the name of the credit card that was charged. To furthermore explain how unprofessional this vendor is, I was given one price when I spoke to the back office over the phone, however, when the plumber came over to do the job a totally different price and a list of charges was presented to me by the back office, in addition to the plumber who did the job was persecuted and put on spot by the back office over the speaker phone for quoting a wrong price. Moreover, this vendor seems to be more expensive than anyone else in the area.

Stay away from these crooks. Charged $700 to fix my 80 year old parents toilet. $20 parts ( flapper and fill valve plus gaskets). These clowns should be on the news!! And they will be! Crooks.

I'm in the middle of a kitchen renovation and found that none of the water valves were holding. so in the middle of the cabinet installation water was running out into my new cabinets, behind the fridge and in the laundry room off the kitchen. gave Mike a call and he showed up in 30 minutes. the corrective work started immediatley while the cabinets were still being installed. Mike showed up with a fully stocked truck (none of this "" i have to run to the supply house"" nonsense with the meter running. All work was done in a timely and professional manner. Entire job was done in under 3 hrs. and by the way while the kitchen range was being installed we discovered that the gas roughing for my old range wouldn't work for the new range. I raced frantically to Mike as he was driving away, explained the problem and he came right back and spent another half hour re roughing the range. Crisis averted.
thanks Mike for your prompt and courteous service. will see you again soon, Bathroom renovation is next!!!

During one of the coldest days we had, my heat stopped working and my husband was out of town. I was stuck at home with a newborn and the temperature in my house began to drop. I called Muccia plumbing I spoke with woman in the office ( who was extremely helpful and nice) who sent someone over immediately. They quickly found the problem and my heat was back up and running in no time at all!!

On the phone I was quoted $350 to install 2 ball valves... a 2 hour job tops... once finished he charged $450. I talked with the owner about it. I asked why the increase and he said he had to wait for the town to come turn off the water. I said $100 for a 30 minute wait? He said... we don't charge by the hour, it's by the job. But, you just said... 'you had to wait 30 minutes... and, besides you were the one who coordinated it with the town.' He was supposed to look into it and call me back. Never did... I asked a second plumber who was at my house shortly after how much he would have charged for the same job... $200 cheaper than Muccia. I would not recommend them.

We called Muccia after trying to contact my landlord's preferred plumber several times. I'm really glad I convinced my husband to stay home and wait with me because even he felt uncomfortable with the guy they sent and said he was really shady. He wanted to charge almost $400 for 2 simple fixes. My landlord challenged the price of the part he quoted and we even called the company to see if he was over-charging us. We also didn't know about the $90+tax ""consulting fee"" they charge just to look at your problem. In the end we decided to give him the $100 to go away.
