I have an IBC tankless water heater that needed to be serviced yearly (which I found out it does not like the Navien). Compared to Navien the IBC requires less maintenance and easier to work on. IBC is fairly new in the states compared to Navien so a lot of plumbers are not familiar with it but functions similar. The IBC tech has been very good communicating and told me to have Muccia call him so that he can explain more details about IBC. Couple of days before my scheduled maintenance, I had issues which was causing the system to shutdown. Omar came and I explained to him he should speak with IBC tech since he was not aware of the issues. He literally came and spoke to me for 10 minutes and charged me $133. Did not even touch the system. I was willing to pay as long as they communicated with IBC and fix the problem. 5 days gone and still have not reached out to IBC and every time my tenants used hot water I had to keep resetting the system. Luckily GPS distributor introduced me to someone that knows IBC and was able to fix the issue which was a simple fix. Kim the lady that works there offered me a refund but the owner refuses. I would have felt better donating $133 to a charity.
Mark and Kenny came in to fix a leak in bathtub. Quick, clean and efficient. Pro work. Thanks!
I am extremely pleased with Muccia Plumbing. Our heat went out during a cold spell and Muccia Plumbing arrived the same day. Mark the service technician was great, respectful and got the job done. Kim in the office was friendly and responsive. I will definitely use their services again.
Thank you

Just DO NOT deal with them and stay away. Muccia in NJ(office in Hackensack) is the worst you want to deal with. The owner is either does not know what's going on inside his company or promotes the incompetence, fraud, scam and dishonesty.
I have been dealing with them for a few years. They charged me $1,000 for unscrewing 10 screws and forgetting to put back 4-6 screws. They spend less than 30 minutes doing that and refused to do anything unless I paid them first (that was not an agreement I had with the office a day before). They did not perform what we agreed to. They refused to come back unless I pay them again. The ""product of their work"" does not work. They are dishonest scammers. The office staff Kim is nice only because she wants to get her paycheck. Another one - Deborah - is a nasty liar (in my opinion and based on my continuous experience communicating with her). Muccia plumbers are useless, each time they send a new person and each time nothing is done. When I wrote my honest review on Google they accused me for doing that and became mad (madder than before; Deborah is not a pleasant woman, super Grinchy). I proposed to finish up our ""relationship"" in an amicable way, refund my $1,000 so I could hire another plumber, but of course, they did not want to return the money they got for free.
I have no heat and A/C for a couple of years. The A/C I have is rusty and moldy. Muccia was hired to replace the unit, instead, they ordered just a part of it - a coil, they disappeared for 1 year, then got back stating the coil was not produced correctly. They disappeared again. They do provide great services to VIPs like a board President of the building where I live. They have very special type of relationships with the building board. Each time they make statements based on false facts. They refuse to deal honestly, cooperate, settle, mitigate or negotiate. All they care about is how to get your money for doing nothing or for providing bad quality services and then get away with that. I highly recommend you to find another plumber. Call NJ Consumer Bureau, they may refer you to someone solid and honest.

horrible company. don't use them. they sub out work and charge astronomical prices when you could have just called someone to do the actual work themselves. then they send you a bill for 3 times the cost.
do not use this business!!!!! absolutely under no circumstances! they will break things in the process of fixing issues and tell you they will fix them... and then they refuse to fix any damages they caused and wont pay for it either! bring your business elsewhere!!!! do not use muccia plumbing the owner is not reliable or a man of his word
My hot water heater broke last Wednesday evening. Just what I needed in this COVID crisis. I contacted Muccia Plumbing and they arrived the next day. We agreed I was in need of a new hot water heater. They came to my rescue with protective masks to install a 50 gallon water heater. The customer service, work quality and swift action were amazing! Thanks guys.
Eugene K.Excellent plumbers, exceptionally unprofessional back office. If you read the response below you will be able to notice vendors disingenuous and lack of care given that in their records should clearly indicate my association with the vendor based on the name of the credit card that was charged. To furthermore explain how unprofessional this vendor is, I was given one price when I spoke to the back office over the phone, however, when the plumber came over to do the job a totally different price and a list of charges was presented to me by the back office, in addition to the plumber who did the job was persecuted and put on spot by the back office over the speaker phone for quoting a wrong price. Moreover, this vendor seems to be more expensive than anyone else in the area.
Johny P.Stay away from these crooks. Charged $700 to fix my 80 year old parents toilet. $20 parts ( flapper and fill valve plus gaskets). These clowns should be on the news!! And they will be! Crooks.
Had a urgent plumbing problem.
Called Muccia. They sent out Tim. Tim fixed the problem and save me time and money.
I would recommend Tim and Muccia over anybody else for all plumbing!!!
Very happy!!! Saved money!!!
This is a very real post from a very satisfied and happy customer!
