He answered all my questions, explained everything he wanted to do, and got it fixed quickly. Bonus that he is a friendly, professional, polite dude who really cares about providing great customer service. Highly recommended.

Our water heater leaked causing a leak in the kitchen soffit and ceiling. Hector checked all possible sources of the leak. The following day I managed to get the key to the water heater closet and sure enough there was the problem. While I did not end up using MTZ for the water heater replacement -I need to say this: they are on time and sends a message they are on their way. This system is much appreciated. Thanks to MTZ for the prompt and helpful service. My hot water heater had stopped working. With a couple of minor adjustments, the service person was able to get it started again. Because it wasn't clear what the issue was and there is a possibility of a recurrence, they didn't even charge me for the visit.

This is now my go to plumber! I first contacted them when my ten year old kitchen faucet died (it was leaking constantly). I called 4 different companies and they were they only ones who actually answered on the first try. Everyone is always very professional and polite, which I appreciate. The first replacement faucet I bought was a dud, so I had to buy *another* one and have them come back to do another install. Although I had to pay for 2 installs (which I thought very fair since they spent a lot of time installing and then uninstalling again), they were very upfront the whole time about prices and costs of various options and took the time to walk me through everything. They even helped me choose a better faucet.

That faucet randomly stopped working a month later, they came next morning, got it to work in 5 min and didn't charge me. An hour later my water heater stopped working! I called and they came back, same day!

They got the water heater working but talked me through my options in case we want to replace, since it's ten years old. No charge for the assessment.

I have found them to be super fair, patient, and nice in all my interactions. And especially, very responsive!! Plumbing can get expensive but if you need to deal with it, these are the team you want to do the work!

Hector of MTZ plumbing came out on short notice to fix a bathtub drain flange that had rusted some resisting removal. Somehow in the process the underside flange nut stuck to the flange rather than the drain pipe causing the problem. Hector quickly crawled right under, removed the flange nut and installed the new flange. It was a quick fix for him so he didn't even allow me to pay him. Not sure what else you can ask in a plumber - would definitely call again and highly recommend. Note that I had called a different plumber who was booked for many days out so they recommended Hector.

Had a broken hose bib pipe where the solder joint failed inside the wall. Unclear what caused the issue. Water was spraying inside the wall and you could see it seeping down the sill plate of the foundation. Of course it was Sunday. Why do all pipes decide to break on Sunday. Opened the wall to see the issue and it was clearly more than I could solve. Called Hector who said he could see me between 12:00 and 2:00. Hector was super kind and very fast. I was particularly impressed with how he laid down a tarp before working. Super polite, friendly and kind. Happy with result and glad to have the water back on.

I am so happy to have found MTZ Plumbing. I had an emergency situation with both toilets and showers blocked. Angela at MTZ answered my call and listened to the situation thoroughly, and sent Hector the same day. Hector was super professional and knowledgeable, and made sure the work was done correctly. Pricing is based on a fixed system so there is no haggling. He stayed until 9 pm to finish the clean out, and even cleaned up the toilet and resealed the toilet joints with silicone. I hope I don't have drainage problems again, but if I do I will call MTZ first and ask for Hector.
