I've been using Total Plumbing for about 5 years now. Rich has been taking care of my HVAC system, and he does a great job on anything I've asked him to help with, whether it be maintenance, or even pairing our smart thermostat to our humidifier.

Recently, I used them to have my main sewer line cleaned out and they did a great job. Their team was super helpful and courteous while onsite, and helped us clean out the mainline. We had a small misunderstanding regarding billing, and they were very helpful and quick in helping me get it resolved.

Their team at the office is also very helpful at answering calls and questions as well. Easy to get ahold of them any time of the day any day of the week.

I would recommend total plumbing and heating to anyone.

Had a bit of a rough start with some communication issues, but eventually got Tony out to help with my drain. He was aware and accommodating and had it flowing again in no time!

Horrible - work requested was not completed. Put my job 3 weeks behind schedule and $600 over budget. Technician did work he wanted to do, not work I asked him to do. Flooded my unit. Spoke with a manager after the incident who said he would apply a bit a of credit to my account to make up for the situation - of course that never happened. Will never use this company again.

Should have been no star. Did not respond to two separate requests for service. As a minimum I was expecting a rewpnse that they cannot previde the requested service and give a simple reason. Very unprofessional.

I initially felt like they overcharged me to adjust/tighten a kitchen faucet, however after speaking with a manager, he was able to assure me that the pricing was correct and the job was performed to my satisfaction.

Was in the market for a local, full service plumbing company with excellent customer service. Think I just found them. Joe my technician was incredibly knowledgeable and never once tried to talk above me or sell me something I didn't need. He was courteous, personable and truly skilled at his job. He was a true pleasure to have in my home and definitely my technician of choice going forward. Prices were very reasonable and their response time was great. I highly recommend them to anyone struggling to find that perfect plumbing company.

I would recommend these folks even though they did no work for me. They stopped in to a rental of ours in a difficult downtown location to check out a leaky tub. They were late but we were scheduled at the end of the day - tech called and kept us informed. When on location, he did a complete inspection and determined it was a building issue. He also took the time to speak with building management. He did not charge us, not even a service call - which I would have been happy to pay. I will call them again!!

I have hired Total Plumbing several times. They've come out to fix a leaky faucet that another plumber had messed up, they replaced my garbage disposal and my kitchen faucet, and replaced all the innards in my toilet tank. Each time the plumber was friendly, professional, and helpful. They have been able to schedule same day appointments without a problem when needed or will come a week later if that's what I want. Their rates are reasonable and because they charge by the hour, they don't have to come out to look at the job first, they can give quotes over the phone. They also keep sending me coupons for discounts on future work, so I always get a discount on the job. I will definitely use Total Plumbing again.

I used Total Plumbing several years ago and they were great. Unfortunately, things seem to have changed since then.

The first time I tried to have them out, they called at the last minute and cancelled because of a staff meeting - after I had taken the morning off from work. The second time I tried to have them come out, they told me they would be there at 8am but booked me in a 2 - 5pm window. Again, I didn't find out until after I had taken time off from work.

Maybe they still have a great team but I won't know because my time is valuable and I cannot afford to have it wasted sitting around hoping they'll show up.

These guys were great. We had 5 estimates to replace our water heater and Total Plumbing came in the lowest and did an excellent job with the replacement. They were also able to install it over the weekend! We were very happy!
