My name is Doug Luffman, the founder of MTC Plumbing. I enjoy craftsmanship. In my youth, I found joy in aiding my dad with fixing things around the house—so it’s not surprising that I ended up in the plumbing trade.

I started my career by working under a skilled master plumber. Following a few years of hands-on experience, I successfully passed the Block Licensed Master Plumber test. Not long after, I founded Master's Touch Construction & Plumbing.

In the end, there’s great satisfaction about stepping back and recognizing what you’ve accomplished. Moreover, I have loved interacting with people and addressing their plumbing concerns. We’re not just a company; we’re also cultivating relationships.
