He always responds quickly, and is not only professional, but kindly takes the time to explain the problem he finds. He came to my house in 2018 for a backup into my house from the outside pipes. At that visit he took video of the inside of the pipes and found the problem. He sent the video to the city, and the city corrected the problem. But the video also showed him problems I may have in the future with my own pipes. Today he was back at my house for a new clog. He pulled the video from the 2018 visit (that included audio commentary on the potential problem areas with the pipes) and that really helped to pinpoint the issue. I would highly recommend
