I can't speak to the quality of the work this company/guy performs, but if you're going to drive like a crazy person and aggressively cut across three lanes of traffic without a turn signal in your Toyota Tundra, take your company name and phone number off your truck... Or perhaps just don't drive like that!?

Very weird contact with this person.... driving in front of me early in the morning and for no reason slowed down to 15 miles an hour.... keeps going until we hit Starbucks.... I parked and he waited for me to see me. Waiting inside of Starbucks and he came in and walked right next to me less a foot away. When I left he was hitting against the window several times. As a healthcare professional I notice mental disturbance .... I hope his company can help him. That's just for that person, not against that company. I hope he is not the owner!

Roger, Tino and Oscar are superb craftsmen and ethical business people - a rarity in the world of contractors. Tile was laid masterfully by Tino, who is as much an artist as a craftsman. These gentlemen showed up every day, listened carefully to all our questions and comments, re-did portions of the work (like a potty we couldn't decide on) without charging extra. Roger's bid came in the very middle range, but his superb attitude and even better workmanship made this a no-brainer decision. From our bathrooms to our kitchen, everything was excellent. And when the new vent-a-hood sprang a leak in our Eichler, Roger was out the next morning to fix the issue. I could not recommend a contractor more highly.

Mt Tam Construction is the best!! They remodeled our master bath and it is absolutely exquisite!! Roger and his crew were wonderful. They did impeccable work. Each day when they left our home, the area in which they worked as well as the surrounding areas were left perfectly clean.
We like the fact that Roger did not sub out his work but had his own crew. Each day we knew who would be coming into our home and leaving it locked if we were out. We cannot wait to use Mt Tam to remodel our kitchen and for other home improvement projects we have in mind.

I have had a couple of really bad experiences with contractors and a truly horrible remodel experience with my kitchen years back. Consequently, I was extremely nervous about another remodel project - but I really needed my bathroom remodeled! I had 3 different contractors provide me their bids. Mt. Tam Construction's price fell somewhere in the middle. I chose Mt. Tam. because the owner (Roger) made me feel comfortable - he was both personable and knowledgeable. Prior to the start of the project, Roger regularly communication with me to confirm that I ordered all of the items needed for the remodel. The remodel itself was painless. Tino and Oscar did a great job, communicated with me regularly and cleaned up the area every night before leaving. I absolutely love my remodeled bathroom and plan on getting Mt. Tam to remodel my master bathroom in a few months. I would highly recommend them.

Had a great experience with Mt. Tam Construction. A leak in my old double shower had severely damaged an exterior wall. These guys rebuilt the wall, demolished the old leaking shower and replaced it top to bottom with new porcelain tile and new plumbing. All was carefully done on schedule with a minimum of disruption and mess. I'm very happy with the results.

After being left hanging by a different contractor, with a hole in our kitchen ceiling and a non-working shower above it, we were afraid to reach out to another contractor to finish our job. Thankfully, we heard about Mt. Tam Construction. They came in and immediately got down to work. They work hard and get the job done. It's not a matter of juggling different jobs and being stretched too thin. They know what's needed in bathroom remodels and they apply the manpower and simply do what needs to be done. In and out in three weeks. We now have a beautiful, modern look, functionality, and an update that increases the value of our home. Roger, Tino, and Oscar are an ethical, honest team you can trust. We almost wish we needed work on another bathroom.
