Numerous Portland homes from the 1920s through the 1970s were equipped with metal pipes. These pipes begin to corrode and break down after about seven decades. Consequently, by the turn of the 1990s, plumbing became a fascinating field in my community, as the majority of those properties were built in the two decades.

My business of upgrading old plumbing gained momentum in the 1990s and has evolved into a true passion.
